On Nov 2, 2013 at 8:37am I took my vehicle in order to swap out my summer tires & rims with my winter set. An individual came up to me a half hour later and presented himself as the manager of the store. He informed me that his mechanic broke off the wheel lock and were unable to get the tires off the vehicle. The manager then suggested that I go out and buy a new wheel lock myself to replace the one his mechanic broke in the first place! I was like excuse me sir? Your mechanic should've known better and that they were responsible for the damage. The manager then admitted the mistake and stated he would get another wheel lock on my behalf. But to add insult, he suggested that he didn't have time to finish the job today and that I need to leave and come back some other day! Are you kidding me why I asked him? The manager stated that he was very busy and had plenty of customers to attend to and that he couldn't afford to leave my vehicle on the rack with several workers fixing the problem (By the way that they created in the first place) while having so many other customers to attend. The manager said Saturday's was his busiest day and for me to come back next Saturday. I told him so that he could reject me the next Saturday like he was doing now!!!? He realized the error in his thinking, back tracked and stated to come in Monday morning. So here I am with a broken wheel lock which Sears caused, asked to leave because they didn't have the time to dedicate to fixing the problem, and a unfinished auto job of them (Sears) not mounting my winter tire set! Very unprofessional, rude, uneducated and very unsatisfied experience at this Sears Auto Center. After leaving they didn't even give me an invoice which I had to ask for! I called Sear customer service and found out that the person who stated was the manager at Sears, wasn't the manager but the assistant manager. This person lied to me, and misrepresented himself especially when I specifically asked for the manager himself which he stated he was. Customer service stated it was another person and gave me the name. Overall, this Sears Auto experience was a nightmare and rate them not even an "F"but a ZERO. They just don't have the training, experience and professional curtesy and knowledge to deal with situations as they arise. A shake up in leadership or management is desperatly needed if it wants to remain in business.

I was told it would take about an hour and a half or two hours to complete the work. My car was ready when I returned within an hour which was great. They did automatically add a warranty to my work order ($36) which I would have paid if I hadn't reviewed the costs before paying.
Description of Work: Replaced all four tires on my Toyota and aligned and balanced them.
