I apologize for taking so long to write this review. The job was done back in March 2025. The pro was on time fix garage door in record time plus he was waiting for his grand child to be born. I forgot his name but he was the best of the best.

Great same day service. Very happy. They answered my call right away. Came out - was able to replace both springs and bearing on the spot. Only charged $10.00 service fee for coming out. What service does that. I would use this service again.

Did thorough review of entire garage door system and replaced broken spring and rusty rollers. He also lubricated system and showed us areas to monitor with recommendations for items we might need in the future. All this was done within 2 hours of our call. Door hasn't sounded this good in years.

This guy was the 1st to respond and he arrived within 10 minutes of when he said he would (GOOD) My only issue is really that he told me it would cost $10 for him to look at it & determine the problem. Then, Very smoothly, he tightened the spring and THEN told me it would cost much more $$! I rent, and need to consult with my landlord before spending any large amounts. I guess I'll just have to eat this one. He DID fix the problem, but I would've appreciated a "heads-up" that "If I do this, it will cost $$". Oh well, lesson learned. Other than that, he was good.

Your guy diagnosed the problem very quickly and proceeded to fix it without delay. Very friendly, too. He did a fine job.
