Max was out and had fixed my garage door before other companies even returned my call. Turns out my spring wasn't actually broken, the cable pulley wasn't installed right and the tension had pulled the cable off. He reset the tension, replaced the cable, and moved the pulley so it *shouldn't* happen again, I hope. But the price turned out to be the same as the original quote to buy and replace springs. So that wasn't as great. He gave me a good idea about what was going on and what I'll need to do next though (since I do have a really old garage door)
