We have been coming to this animal hospital for a long time and have found it to have an amazing staff and doctors. Dr. Faith keeps us coming back.

We've been going to this place forever. We love this guy. He has a ton of cats. This place has got like 5 vets. The guy we always see is incredible and he is an A. Everybody is too expensive but that's just me. If I find a place that works I'm loyal to a fault. This is just a great place. We've been there a couple or three dozen times over the last 15+ years. Dr. Faith is our vet. He's friendly. He knows his stuff and knows cats. He is the friendliest guy in the world and will talk with you. He's the kind of guy I wish was my neighbor. He knows his stuff so we have complete faith in Dr. Faith. When we're there typically, I know things come up, but it's about a half hour wait sometimes. It's a triage thing. The whole place is good. The staff is great. The techs and the ladies at the counters are great and it's only about 2 or 3 miles from the house. It works and a big thumbs up.

The visits are always pleasant and professional. Dr. Faith is down to earth and is willing to answer my questions. The other vets are also quite remarkable as is the staff. A great family animal clinic!

I have used them for about 14 years. They did 2 cats and it was extraction. I have been very happy with them. The doctor is very professional and lets you know what the cost will be. He does services beyond a wellness check. He sends notices a month before reminding you of the appointment. They take in the animal at the scheduled time or close to it. They will put them in an exam room to keep them away from stress from the other animals in the waiting room.

Great care with incredible and quot;bed-sideand quot; manner. Dr. Reed is my veterinarian and he always takes this time with my cats and he explains everything clearly and logically. The clinic is immaculate and the staff is great. Dr. Reed always calls to check on my cats between appointments if they are undergoing treatment. He is up to date on the latest therapies especially the latest medications and technology. He always makes himself available when I have had to bring one of my cats in with an an emergency. He treated my 12 year old cat for lymphoma and kidney problems and although she ultimately lost her fight, he gave her 7 months of remission because he thought outside the box and tried different therapies and medications.
The cost is average for the area. My cats have had their annual exams, shots, teeth cleaning, been hospitalized at the clinic and the cost was reasonable, and the care excellent.
As long as I live in the area Dr. Reed will be the only veterinarian my cats see.

I brought her in at 8:00 am and picked her up at 4pm. She recovered nicely. She is doing well now.

I have been using the owner of that clinic for over forty years. They are very caring people; they really care about the animal. Their price is average for veterinary services these days.

We were referred to Wheatland Animal Hospital by friend's of our son
when we moved to Naperville from California in early 2012. We had loved
our Vet in California and were really nervous about a new vet, but with
an older cat who had recently developed chronic diarhea, a vet was an
absolute must and we needed one quickly.
We have been so pleased
with Dr. Reed and the whole establishement. We have been back many
times with our cat and although there is no cure for her illness he is
managing it well, and creatively and thoughtfully comes up with new
medications, diets, to try when the former treatment stops working. I
google a lot and have found that Dr. Reed is up on the latest research
and understands this difficult malady very well. He is compassionate,
thoughtful, listens to you carefully, understands your concerns (things
like trying to maintain separate diets for a multi-cat household, or
cleaning up explosive diarhea), is delicate and caring when examining
the cat. He also understands cat behavior very well.
The rest of
the staff is attentive and responsive. As long as we have animals and
live in this area, Dr. Reed and Wheatland Animal Hospital will be our
pet caregivers.
Their prices are about what we paid in California. Not cheap, but not at all outrageous either.

I have received great service from this veterinary hospital - from front end checking in, vet services and checking out. The waiting room and exam rooms are clean and ready for the next "patient". I let the staff know that my cats get high strung with the vet visit and they quickly provide an exam room or will put them in the office until an exam room is ready. Waiting time is generally less than five minutes and more often I have an immediate assignment to an examination room after checking in. I have found the vet there compassionate when needed. He will take time to discuss any questions or concerns and explain the issues and treatment from home. Options have been provided as well as costs for the prescribed treatments.

I have used them on and off for different pets for about 10 years. I am very pleased with the caring of the doctors and the staff.

The clinic is good. We have been using them for years. Price-wise, they are crazy on the high side. But the staff and doctors are all compassionate and caring, and take good care of the animals and their owners.
