Engaged USHS for drywall repair. The technician did an excellent job. Since this is my first project with this company, I was little apprehensive but Johnny made me comfortable and assured. Rachel was incredible. She is a good listener and her customer rapport gave me confidence as I was handling this repair from out of state. Overall, I am pleased with their service.

Overall experience was good. After receiving another quote that promised to provide R60 installation and sealing for only a small amount more, Johnny made a competitive counter offer to get my business. The installers were on time, courteous and clean, and worked diligently. I'm happy with the results. The blown insulation has made a noticeable difference because the temperature in my house holds much better, and my furnace is not constantly running.

Excellent service beginning with customer service representative, Rachel. Johnny S. did a thorough job of assessing the attic area and taking measurements. His quote on removing the old installation and installing the new was about $2,000 less than a previous quote. His crew worked for about 12 hours removing the old installation. Then came another day and spent several more hours installing new installation. They did a great job in getting into all areas that needed to be filled. The crew totally cleaned up both inside and outside my home when the job was completed.

I already had an estimate and date set for another company to do the job. A follow up phone call via Angieâ s list from RACHEL changed my mind. She convinced me to have Johnny give me an estimate. RACHEL sold me on this company. Her telephone demeanor, clarity, and knowledge impressed me. I am put off by telemarketers but RACHELâ S non irritating logical introduction sold this job. Johnny was wonderful in explaining his estimate. The two technicians worked for over 9 hrs in order to complete the task. These gentlemen were friendly, professional, and cleaned up after. I would hire them again. An interesting perk is that this company did the job 45% cheaper than my first estimate.!

I had an excellent experience with US Home Services. I requested a quote and received a call back within 20 minutes even though it was after hours. Starting with that conversation, all of the people with whom I had contact, from the owner (Johnny), to the estimator (Jay), to the installers (Max & Brayden), to quality control follow-up (Rachel) were all extremely friendly, professional, and customer service oriented. We were able to schedule the insulation install for the day before a big snow storm. Max and Brayden arrived on time, they went over the specs of the job with me, and explained exactly what they were going to do. They laid out the equipment and got right to work. They even helped me out by removing some boxes that the previous owners of my house had left in the attic, so that there would be a nice even layer of insulation. When the work was done, Max showed me before and pictures of the attic. Then they cleaned up after themselves before leaving. The snowstorm happened the next day as forecast. Unlike in the past, I did not get huge icicles on the front of the house from snow melting on the roof and refreezing at the soffit. I'm so glad I had this work done and I'm so glad that I went with US Home Services. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone and I would hire them again.

Mr. Hernandez was very thorough - took pictures - and explained to my wife and myself what he recommended to solve our insulation issues. His quote was half of what another company had given me 14 months prior. The installation technicians were punctual, professional and cleaned up after themselves. The insulation over two bedrooms has already increased the room temperature by 5-8 degrees. That's a game changer. Thank you U.S. Home Services!

On time, friendly and professional, cleaned up after themselves. After install noticed furnace didn't turn on for awhile which showed already saving money. Installer, Johnny, was meticulous about everything to make sure job was completed to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this company.

We hired this company to add insulation to our attic. We barely had any and brought us up to code for maximum efficiency. We have had it only a few weeks and already notice a difference with the indoor temperature. We donâ t need to crank up the heat as high and we notice that itâ s quieter. So happy we decided to get this done. The estimator was knowledgeable, very nice and not pushy. The techs that came out were courteous, clean and efficient. Definitely recommend this company.

I'd give this company 10 stars if I could. They came right when they said they would. Totally polite and professional. Best part even cleaned up after they were done. Vacuumed the entire area and also outside the area they worked in, and shook out my Welcome mats that were already dirty before they came but they cleaned them anyways. Very clean all around, they went the extra mile. Soon after the insulation was installed I didn't hear my furnace turn on for over an hour! I like knowing I'll have that extra peace of mind knowing my attic (and recent new roof) are going to last longer, as well as energy bill savings. I highly recommend this company, best decision I've made as a homeowner!
