He was very thorough and explained everything. Not to mention, the guy who quoted me came in at almost 2 grand cheaper than the previous guy with less work! The job was done quickly and we haven't had any issues since.

The quality was above average but not perfect - certainly better than I expected. The gentleman who came was professional and I would highly recommend him. My only serious issue was the day before he was scheduled to arrive, an additional ?fuel fee? was added. Look - I know gas prices went up but I live in a densely populated area. I doubt he needed to travel for miles to get to my house. It was a crap move by the boss when I had an official signed contract. It was not even the amount added. I just thought it was an unprofessional move on the part of the owner. Add it to contracts from now on - do not rewrite existing contracts. It was far too late for me to hire another company. So, my guy was great - professional, good communication, hard worker, polite. His boss? I do not know. If his costs honestly went up so much that previously signed contracts were not acceptable anymore, have the decency to talk to me.

I hired the Grout Medic to clean tile, grout and recaulk some areas in 3 separate rooms. The owner and technician were both professional, timely, did a great job communicating and answered all my questions. I'm extremely happy with the results! Would highly recommend them.

We heard about them thru Angie's list, they came out gave us a free estimate, out of three estimate we hired them, and glad we did, they were on time did great work very professional, they installed some cracked tiles in our kitchen and regrout our bathroom shower, very happy with all the work they did.

The technician arrived promptly and worked diligently. The grout was repaired, the tub and shower cleaned and re-caulked with skill. He advised us as to how to maintain the surfaces, and cleaned all work debris.

Joe was our servicemen. He was phenomenal. He went above and beyond. I didn't expect him to fix the seal around our counters or tighten up the shower head. Our bathroom looks like it's brand new. They do great work!

On time, professional all did a great job. Had my marble master bath cleaned and sealed floor, vanity, tub and shower. Also had the ceramic tile walls in the shower grout cleaned and re called entire bathroom.

I hired Grout Medic to clean the tile in our shower and floor in the master bath and replace the grout in the shower. Joe arrived on time and was very polite and very knowledgeable. After completing the job he asked me to inspect the work. I couldn't believe how amazing it turned out! The floor tile and grout was very clean and the shower tile and grout looked brand new. Joe exceeded my expectations and cleaned the entire area and left it spotless. I recommend Grout Medic highly!
