Description of Work: Diagnosed a high- pitched squeaking in the oven. They decided a fan needed to be replaced but because we have a built- in double oven, they weren't sure if the problem was one fan or both. We scheduled a time for them to do the repair, and they we're prompt and professional. Turned out we only needed to replace one of the fans so our bill was much lower than we anticipated, and I appreciated their honesty. We 'll definitely use them again.
