Not too many details. He figured out the problem right away and told us we needed a duct cleaning company. He took the time to show us why he thought the problem was not with the dryer itself and suggested ways to prevent this problem in the future.

Jose came in and diagnosed the problem and repaired my dryer in under 30 minutes. If you have any hesitation about who to call to fix your appliances...stop right here. I wasn't sure who to call since my Maytag was 20 years old. As a consumer, you are always weary of being taken advantage of. Not here. Amazing work, professionalism and expertise. Will call again!

Since the problem was with the refrigerator not working, timeliness was important. Premium Appliance was the only vendor that I contacted that could send someone out the same day. The repairman was friendly and knowledgable. While he was at our home he also diagnosed a problem that I was having with the dryer, and came out a week later to fix that as well. I am very happy with the service that I received.

The servicer was very friendly and professional. He explained our options. And turn around time from getting the parts was relatively quick. He was very knowledgeable and was one of the only servicers that repaired sub-zero. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately Ted was not able to fix my washing machine but he was very honest that the repair would cost the same as buying a new one. He was very helpful and even recommended what machine to buy and where to buy it from. Very punctual company. They gave me a two hour window and he was there before I could even get home from work and thankfully was nice enough to wait for me. I will definitely use them again.

This is the second time I've used Premium Appliance Repair. I found them a few months ago when my oven stopped working and it was going to take about a week for a Sears or GE repairman to get to my house. This time our icemaker had stopped working. They were able to come out in two days (would have been sooner except they were doing some sort of training the next day). I had the same repairman, Ted, who fixed my oven. He quickly figured out what was wrong, had the part on his truck, and the icemaker was fixed in about 20 minutes. Their charges are no higher than what I've paid Sears and GE and they are much quicker to get to your house.

Everything was completed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. Thank goodness I had take a look at the refrigerator because we had been having problems with products going bad in a short amount of time. What a difference this has made -- we can now keep perishables much, much longer and all this time I thought the stores were to blame! What's more they offered an extended warranty and a few weeks later we had trouble with our freezer. Ted came out promptly and fixed it -- no charge -- how good is that!

Really liked they also use IPads and could easily give me pricing and email me an invoice.

This was for an apartment I rent out, so the repairman was supposed to call me with the price before servicing. He neglected to do this, as the tenant apparently told him it was ok. When I called Premium Appliance Repair for a receipt a week later, they were very apologetic that he didn't call me for authorization before doing the work, and made it very clear that it is their policy to get the ok from the landlord first. They offered to refund part of the charge, but since it seemed like an honest mistake and I would have authorized it anyway, I told them they didn't have to do that, so instead they extended the warranty on their work for another year. I was very impressed by this commitment to professionalism and happy that the oven was restored to working order in a very timely manner for my tenant.

It went really well. The repairman was on time. He was professional and friendly. He actually called today to make sure the repair "stuck." I really liked that. Also, there is a one year warranty on any problem with my fridge. What a deal!

They were referred by another company. The guy came out to repair my garage refrigerator and was prompt knowledgeable and helpful on other client's recommendations. He did not do unnecessary work and was just spot-on. I was very happy with their service. They said they warranted their service for anything that went wrong for, I think, a year. It was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely use them again.

They were very prompt, courteous, and responsive -- I called today and they were able to come out today. Jose, the service tech, was very polite and was thorough in trying to diagnose the problem. My dishwasher would start and then within a minute, shut off -- I would restart it, and then it would run. The service tech took it apart, could not find an obvious problem, contacted Whirlpool technical staff and worked with them, and it seems to be working fine right now with just an adjustment to the latch. Jose developed a cost-effective plan to implement in the event that the problem should re-occur (again, it was not obvious what was wrong -- Whirlpool tech didn't even have anything additional to contribute). I would recommend them to others.

They had technicians available before 2 other companies did and were comparable in price. Standout was their customer service when scheduling and their willingness to hear why I was so concerned and considered the repair urgent. Another company just kept repeating the same sentences to me over and over as if they were reading from a manual. It was a relief to speak to a human being at Premium. The repairmen who came out were amiable, professional, and fixed the problem. Jose and Joseph were the guys who came out to work on the place, and they had me laughing (no small task when I was feeling pretty stretched) but they also took the work seriously. I was very happy with them and very grateful. When the next thing in our place goes haywire, I will be sure to call them.

This was for a coin-operated dryer in an apartment building we own. Premium Appliance Repair was easy to make an appointment with, and the tech, Jose, showed up on time. Jose called and reported the issue to me as I was not on site. He went over my options and had suggestions on both the brand of dryer we should purchase next if we chose to, as well as a reputable place to purchase it from. He said the quote was good for a few months should we decide to repair the dryer instead. I felt he was knowledgeable and did not try and sell us services we didn't need.

The repair person was very knowledgeable. The leak issue was mainly due to a valve that sometimes sticks open. The loud noise was simply due to bearing wearing out and he explained that the cost of repair for a new drum was nearly the same as a new washing machine. So I opted not to do any repair on the washer. When he was leaving he noticed I had a Subzero refrigerator and asked if I do the routine service on it. I said no. He took a look at the cooling elements and sprayed them with some chemical spray to clean them. He did this because he wanted me to feel like I got something for my $99. I really appreciated that and would definitely use them again.

I liked them very much. They were perfect. They called to confirm the day of to let me know I was their next appointment. They were right there at the beginning of my time frame window. The technician was a nice, professional young man. He took his shoes off at the door (which wan't necessary but was a very nice gesture), and did some testing on the dishwasher. He was friendly, and didn't mind my cat. Unfortunately, my dishwasher is completely busted. The control panel went out right before he arrived. He had an iphone and he was looking up replacement parts to advise me whether to repair or replace. Ultimately, we decided a replacement was in order. He called a dealer for me, and he got me a discounted rate! He basically did the shopping for me! I would highly recommend them.

They dispatch two guys to our home in a couple of hours when we called. They were very good, they identified the problem right away and they solved it. They were very helpful and professional. I would recommend them for appliance repair and they are very responsive.

I called Premium Appliance about 2:00 pm on April 25th. Ted was at my house within 15 minutes. He was very professional and explained each step he was going to take to check out the garbage disposal. There was a small spoon stuck in it. He got it out and reset the machine. Since I had an Angies List $20 coupon it only cost me $79 and the working order of the disposal is guaranteed for one year! What a deal! Yes I would surely use Premium Appliance Repair again. Thank you Ted

My 10 yr old Kenmore washing machine stopped spinning and agitating. After discovering that the appliance repair service I had used twice in the past was no longer in business, I checked Angie's List and decided to call Premium Appliance Repair. I called around 10:00 am and was offered same day service with a window of between 3:00 - 6:00pm and was told the repairman would call about 30 minutes before arrival. At about 1:45 I received a call from the repairman, Ted, asking if it was OK if he came a little early, at 2:30. Ted diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part in his truck, and was able to make my washer good as new (yeah!!!) in short order......AND, managed to do all of this while listening to the non stop howling and whining of my very concerned Scottish Terrier, who happily thanked Ted for the repair, as soon as it was completed. I would use this company again in a heartbeat, and would recommend them to any one needing appliance repair!

The overall experience was great and they provide terrific customer serice. Ted was extremely professional and knowledgeable and we will definitely hire Premium Appliance Repair in the future.

Technician was timely and answered all questions, explained what he was doing and why. Service was easy to use and achieved the results we wanted. We would call them for any other appliance issues.

We called last week and the technician was here within a week. They gave us a two hour window and called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Jose was the technician and he was very polite and professional. He has 10 years experience. We had researched the problem spoken with the oven manufacturer. We then ordered the part directly from them. Once Jose arrived, he had the part installed in 10 minutes. They do all their billing through the iPAD and it was easy to pay and get an invoice right away. The basic service charge is $129 for any visit - he did not charge us any additional because he was finished so quickly. He also reviewed and recommended dishwashers and washer/dryer options for us based on cost, our needs, etc. I would recommend this company to anyone with large appliance issues. Well, I wasn't happy about spending over $ 200 for a stove that is only worth about $500, but the repair specialist Ted assured me that it was a good investment and he would guarantee the stove for one year. He pointed out another issue on the stove that we could fix ourselves. He provided information about cost of the part if we wanted to do it ourselves and illustrated the cost of the purchase of a new comparable stove. Overall, we were very happy with the repair specialist Ted and so far happy with the results and glad to have a working oven. We would highly recommend this company.
