Naperville Pool and Spa

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Do not take my word for it. Before using them please save yourself the nightmare we are dealing with and look at their reviews every where online. Naperville Pool and Spa and Scott's Sprinkler Systems. Both run by the same owner. Both nothing but terrible reviews. Third time they are coming back to us with charges thousands of dollars more than the pool contract. How can you charge us and extra $1,200 to run gas from the meter to the pool equipment? Isn't that part of a pool being heated? How do you come back after everything thing is done and say you owe us over $3,000 more than your quote ($67,000) for random things you jsut did without telling us? This is just one issue. There have been so many. And their customer service is terrible (see reviews of this company on yelp). Just rude, argumentative employees. This company was recommended to us by a friend, but the ownership changed since he used them. That explains so much.
