Called to schedule an appointment a very rude woman pickedup the phone and was not only rude but sarcastic on the phone to a point that I was disgusted with her. She made me feel like I made a big mistake calling that number and I could not believe I was treated this way an potential customer.  She has no place in working with customers as she has no customer service.  I made a call on 7/23/12 at 5:44PM CST.  Totally disgusted with the person and the treatment, will never call again nor recommand anyone to them.



To your response: I did tell her the City and the zip code I refused to give my full address as I didn't think it was needed if all I wanted to do is get an estimate and speak to someone. I do not feel comfortable giving my address to someone I do not know and that should be
understood by your company. I made it clear on the call that I will not provide my full address but I DID provide her with the City that I live in. Your service rep is extremely rude and as a customer who is looking for service I will NOT hire anyone this rude even if its your answering service. They ARE representing YOUR Company!

"I'm sorry you did not have the excellent costumer service experience that we attempt to offer to all of our costumers. After 5pm, our calls are answered by our answering service. The answering service makes a recording of each call that comes in. I contacted them and asked them to send me an audio file of the call. They did without hesitation, and I listened to the call. The costumer service representative that took the call followed her instructions. The representative asked for the zip code because they enter the zip code into the computer and then the computer automatically populates the city. She asked for the zip code twice because she thought you had not heard her. From listening to the call, it seems like you took offense to this and thought she was being rude. Once again, I apologize for the misunderstanding. If you would like to speak to someone in our office please call because 8:30 and 5pm Monday- Friday."

We live in a "unique" old house, that had some electrical problems. Al came and within an hour, had fixed several outlets and switches that weren't working, and also fixed our breaker. He was extremely informative, explaining the process to us. He also gave us estimates about future jobs that we needed to do with our house, and was also very helpful and informative in finding us ways to do things within our means. He was a pleasure tow work with.

All the work that he's done for me has worked excellently. I do shop around, and his bid has been the lowest. He shows up on time and doesn't make a mess; his clean-up is great! I’d highly recommend him; he’s a great guy to work with.

He was very good, efficient, helpful and nice to work with. It didn’t take him too long and the price was reasonable. He did suggest that we upgrade the wiring in our home, but I’ve never had any problems with our wiring thus far. The next day, I was able to install the dishwasher without any problems.

He showed up on time and got to work right away.  It took just about 4 hours I think for the job to be completed.  The price was the same as the estimate.  After the job was done the building inspector liked everything that was done except for the type of of receptacle.  I called and he came out the same day to replace it.  No problems.  No questions asked.  I have some interior things I'd like to have done and Mr. Electric is first on the list of who I would call.

the electrician arrived on time, gave us an estimate and we had him do the work. he covered the area with a drop cloth, used his 14 ft ladder and carefully removed the old chandelier and and hung the new chandelier. made sure everything worked and adjusted the height of the light and cleaned up his work space. he offered to do a free inspection of our outlets and circuit breaker cabinet. only found one small item that should be changed which we did ourselves.
