The air-conditioner needed a little bit of help which was why we were doing the checkup but it could have been. And he had indicated that the air conditioner need to be replaced, but he was able to replace a few parts, so that we can have it last a little bit longer.

The first person that came out - unfortunately we have an older air conditioning unit - thought they were doing the right thing  because the air conditioner was overcharged and emptied some of the free-on out of there and actually by doing that, ended up freezing up my AC pipes and I lost my AC which was a bad thing. They did respond immediately to that and sent another technician out who was able to fix it and their service was really good. I wasn't charged anything additional.

My husband dealt with the guy from Energy Services A/C & Heating Co. and he was not impressed by him. He thought he knew more than the guy did. He took stuff off of our furnace and my husband had to redo it and put it back the way it was supposed to be. He dropped screws in our lawn from the air conditioner and he didn't know about it and my husband had to go and find them. The guy was not good and my husband just didn't want to say it. We would definitely not use them again and he was definitely not impressed with the guys knowledge and I think he didn't really care  that he was not doing things right. We just thought that the guy was not professional and he was not very knowledgeable.

It was good. The guy came and I asked him a lot of questions and he answered and explained how things work while he was working. My only complaint with them is that they were so busy. I tried to schedule for another visit but it was very far. But they're coming out again to do our A/C annual service. I was very happy with the guy who came out.

Very Well. Eric quoted the furnace and air conditioner replacement . When I mentioned the electric fuse box and sump pump, he was willing to do that also. Service was on time and finished in one day. Eric was on site for the installation and all went smoothly. He returned to check the circuits on the fuse box and furnished a list of the connections by breaker.

Overall, very pleased.  I had called Energy Services A/C & Heating Co.  as two vents in the family room  were not pushing out much air.  So I scheduled a service call.  I might not have clarified what the issue was or what I was looking for so unfortunately they sent out a technician to inspect the A/C and furnace.  This technician was not an "air duct technician/specialist" , But rather an A/C  furnace specialist.  However, I knew these systems(A/C and furnace) were functioning and actually needed someone to determine why very little air was coming out of the two vents. However, the technician did check the A/C and furnace as he had made the visit.  This visit was paid for using the coupon from Angie's List ($50 for $99 service call)
Because of the mix-up (probably partly my fault  for not fully clarifying the issue and what kind of specialist I needed) , they sent out an air duct specialist the next day free of charge.  He was able to remediate the issue by fixing the "air balancing" so that more air would be coming out of the vents in the family room.
I would recommend Energy Services A/C & Heating Co. and will use the in the future for the professional manner in which  they handled this issue.  Both technicians were both professional

I had purchased a coupon for a 30 point checking and cleaning of my furnace.  The technician was punctual, courteous, and efficient.  He seemed to be very knowledgeable.  He showed me the deterioration on the igniter and recommended replace of the part.  I ageed to have the part replaced at an additional charge. I was very pleased with the work he did and would certainly use him again.

Responded quickly to request for estimate. We had planned to use another company  but felt more comfortable with the expertise of this 'comfort representative' of energy Services.  And the estimate came in lower  (even before applying an "Angie deal").
The work was completed with days of signing the contract, and took only 8 hours.  The workers arrived promptly, worked remarkably quietly, and when they left  (after showing us how to use the new equipment) they left no mess, inside or out.

I had bought the Big Deal offer of $69 for the furnace tune up.  I chose this company because they had the Big Deal, their ratings were good and it was a service that I needed.  I was happy with the service they gave me and in fact I have them coming to give me a quote on a new furnace and an air conditioner.

After purchasing the coupon on Angie's List the company called within a few days to setup an appointment. The representative was very friendly and professional. They were able to accomodate to my schedule and the appointment was setup within a week. I was getting concerned about my furnance since it was 20yrs old, plus it was starting to make unknown noises and I thought for sure I would have to replace it. The tech showed up when promised and called 15 min before arriving to inform me of his progress. He was very professional and explained in detail what he was going to do and he even provided extra tips for me to do after his visit to solve some of my concerns about the operation and maintenance of the furnance and thermostat. He worked about 30 to 45 min and inspected and cleaned my furnance as promised. When finished he informed me of the results and to find out my furnace was working up to par and ultimately didn't need to be replaced as original thought. He provided the results of the test he performed and explained in detail the tests as well as the results of my equipment.  Overall it was a very pleasant experience and would certainly call on them again for any future services.

One of their technicians, David, was sent out and he got right to work. I explained to him everything I had done thus far (changed air filter, cleaned sensor....we just bought the house, so I suspect the furnace hadn't been cleaned in a long time) and after taking an initial look, he noted that the burners weren't firing at the same time, which probably explained why I sometimes had to reset the furnace to get the furnace to turn on. He also recommended that I have the furnace cleaned, which might help w/ the low volume of air being generated throughout the house.
He thought at the very least, a good cleaning around the burner and to the sensor should help.  Though since I was an Angie's List Member and had Big Deal coupons for a service call ($49) and a 30pt. Inspection/Cleaning ($59), I decided to have him clean the entire furnace in hopes it would increase the warm air flow and get the house much warmer and comfortable. 
Sure enough, the cleaning did the trick and by the time David left (hour later), the house was starting to get warm. 30 minutes later, I was finally back to 70 degrees, which was a far cry from the mid to upper 50's we were suffering through all weekend!  I would definitely use these guys again, as it was my first time using them. David was great.....very experienced dealing w/ heating & cooling issues and made quick time of the work and cleaned-up after himself quite well!

Everything went very smoothly from the very first phone call to the final repair.  Jeff came on time and was very professional.  He completed the repair, explained everything that he weas doing, and cleaned up after himself.  We would highly recommend Energy Services!
