I called for a service appointment for my 17 year old Carrier furnace. Henry, the technician, clearly and objectively described the benefits of replacing my furnace rather than repairing the failed component and continuing to operate an aging furnace on borrowed time. There was no pressure to make a decision on the spot, and the candor and empathy that came with his communication was exactly what I needed to make an informed and confident decision. The replacement furnace was scheduled for the next business day, and on the morning of the installation the president, Kevin, called in advance of the team arriving to ensure that I was aware of the timing and to answer any questions I may have had. When the installation team arrived, they were clean, courteous, and confident in their work, which was the perfect capstone to an otherwise unexpected episode. So, if you love your home, expect others to maintain it like their own, and appreciate tradesmen who take pride in their work then you MUST call Kevin and the team at Energy Services in Naperville.

Jeff and his team were great. Arrived in the area ahead of schedule. They were polite and friendly. They work they performed was excellent.

The technician was fantatstic. He explained to me what was working and what would require maintenance/ replacement at a future date and cost based on its condition and age. This was extremely helpful. He also went through the work he performed. A great customer experience. I will use Energy Services in the future without question. This experience converted me to being a long-term customer.

They responded quickly. The estimation and installation both come on time. the price is reasonable, even in July. I called at least 6 companies, many of those won't be able to meet my HOA request. I would give this company very high review. They are the perfectional and they are everything I can ask for a ac company.

I cannot say enough great things about Energy Services. They have been to my home several times for regular HVAC maintenance, and every time I have been impressed. Their technicians are experienced, professional and friendly. The area is always cleaned up when they leave, they explain everything they have done, and recommendations are made, if needed. I had some very bad experiences with a different company so I was thrilled to find Energy Services. I have signed up for their maintenance contract and am happy not to have to worry about who to call from now on.

Went well, but found subsequently that the coil they installed did not match the condenser so we did not increase overall efficiency of the system despite paying a premium. They would have had to redo the duct work for the correct coil and apparently they thought we would not know any different.

Excellent. Price was fair. Highly professional and friendly. Very responsive. We had a small problem involving the correct filter for installation, but they immediately fixed the issue. Overall, felt like a solid, established company that will stand behind product and service. Since the install of 2 new heaters, our house stays warmer and heat is more evenly distributed.

Both services were scheduled promptly, the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The service prices were reasonable and their work was professional. We moved to a new house in May and our dryer vent was especially bad and they did a really nice job cleaning it. Before it would take over 90 minutes to dry a load of laundry, now it takes half the time.

Fine. They had to repair some wires in the air conditioning unit. THey were professional. I am using them again.

Same day service. Friendly and Professional staff and reasonably priced.

I signed up for their yearly maintenance when I had that work done in February. When I got the work done in February, they knocked off like 20% of that work and then include a maintenance package. I would give them an A all the way through.
