Elate Salon

Spectacular! Claudia Pulido did an awesome job! She is the best! I heard about Claudia from my mom who happened to walk into the salon and get her hair cut. My mom just loved her, and since I was looking for a new stylist , I booked an appointment too. She is awesome! Love her and will keep going back! In fact my brother-in-law and son are also going to her now. She really is the best!

It was great. They are easier to work with and very professional. They took time to understand what I really wanted them to do.

I took my granddaughter to Elate after finding it on Angie's List. I talked to Rita about coloring my granddaughter's hair as she wanted an ombre. Rita was extremely helpful in deciding how to lighten the ends and not put a darker color on top due to the maintenance. My granddaughter is 15 years old and does not live in the same state as I do. Her hair was light brown/blonde so lightening the lower third worked beautifully!! Both of us were thrilled with Rita and the results!! She was really SO helpful. Shawn cut my granddaughter's hair and did a wonderful job. She explained how much she should cut to take away the split ends. My granddaughter just wanted a trim because she wants it to grow long. Shawn did awesome. I will definitely be going back to both of them. Extremely pleased and satisfied!!!

Her name is Jennifer and she owns the salon. She is outstanding. I love it. She is so good in putting it on. I used to get manicures every week I believe just turn my car on and I would already be chipping but this, they do last two weeks and it is amazing. You leave the salon and it is dry. It is ready to go and you are in and out of there in 15 minutes and she takes such good care of you.

My daughter has very slow growing hair. We went to another salon and the woman just chopped her hair. I brought her to Ruby and it would have been a challenge for anybody but she worked out a haircut to make it look suitable. She is very professional. I've been seeing her for about six months. Her services are a little bit higher. For boys it is about $25 a cut and for women it is about $45. The reason I go there is that I don't feel like it is a mill. She talks to me and gives me tips on how to style. She is very truthful, she really listens, and she really respects the parents. She knows the parent is paying so she respects the parent. She is an excellent communicator.

I have followed Shawn for over 10 years. She comes from another salon and many of her loyal clients have followed her to the new salon. She is an expert at what she does! I can honestly say that I have never had a bad haircut. Many people compliment me on the style of my hair. Shawn is friendly, caring, professional and excellent at her job, a master of her craft, if you will. I will return to her as long as she is there! The salon accepts walk-ins and there are other stylists and colorists there as well. They provide a tremendous service there and it is a shame to overlook them for a larger, more expensive salon.
