Bath Exhaust Fan Installation
Robert low-ball quoted this job and took it on even though he did not have the expertise to complete it (lg fan) Along with being rude and unprofessional, they "finished" the job by literally DUCT TAPING the fan exterior to "seal" it. When called to fix, they replaced with insulation foam that was not weatherproof. The KICKER: They neglected to install anything to brace the building structurally and are trying to charge adt. $800 to fix their work to comply with village code by using a clause in their contract that states costs incurred "returning the structure to its original state".

"I was contracted to install a ventilation fan and the electric that was required in a manufacturing room of a production facility. Not a bathroom fan. My contract stipulated that I was not contracted to support the structure. That was to be contracted by a third party. My contact was never around to consult with on the installation. The duct tape was a temporary fix until I was able to return and complete the job. However the company had a serious breakdown in their communication within their ranks. I have been with Home Advisor for ten(10) years receiving all four(4) and five(5) star reviews. Their is always that one customer!!"
