They did a thorough inspection on a challenging roof. Their worker did a great job replacing shingles and lead stack on a 10 12 roof. The company is known to be courteous and timely, there have been no leaks since repairs were done.

great, crews were professional and hard working, estimators and staff answered all our questions, they gave good recommendations based on the needs of our particular house, including coordinating with the rest of the exterior (brick, siding). A local company that cares their customers and does things right.

The guy put a few nails in the piece of fascia that was falling off. Then a few days later I received my "inspection" report. It was basically just an estimate to replace my roof in a year or so, which I knew was getting close to 20 years so no big surprise. No pictures or details of anything. So I basically paid $200 to get them to give me an estimate to replace my roof, which estimate I thought was very high.

Exceptional from the office staff, scheduler and crew. Done right the first time - it's been two years and I am trouble free. Totally protected the plantings around my home - didn't even find a nail after. Price not the cheapest or most expensive - competitive with the other quotes. Excellent from start to finish - from quote through installation the staff was extremely helpful. They replaced the roof on the condominium complex I lived in before purchasing my home, so I was familiar with the quality of their work. I met the crew the morning as they started the tear off and returned to a beautifully roofed home, NOTHING left behind but a clean yard, not even a flower damaged in the beds next to the house. Highest praise to the whole team.

From what I can tell, the work was done professionally and efficiently. The office staff answered my questions and helped me understand how to choose between different options for shingles, color, etc. They also offered a reasonable price. They had good communications overall, following up on my phone calls and providing written materials. The only complaint I have is that their staff had told me that a third party would come by to secure the cables that come onto the roof before the roofers would come and that I would be informed when that was done. The third party never came to secure the cables, and I was not told when the roofers were coming except for a voice mail left the night before and a call at 7:15 a.m. on the day of the work--15 minutes after the roofers had already arrived and asked me to move my car from the driveway. Everything else, though, was positive, and I would use this company again or recommend it to others.

They are excellent, cleaned up well, professional, and the girls in the office kept in touch.

Everything went great!! Workers were nice from beginning to end. We did not have to close the 2 businesses in the building for this! They will also maintain the roof once a year. They were a pleasure to work with.

Excellent. Peterson's crews were very professional, punctual and cleaned up each day after the work. All the windows and vegetation were shielded from debris. In addition, minor repairs to gutter to and underlying roof were done without question or additional cost.

They knocked it out pretty quick. They replaced 18 pieces of plywood. They were supposed to send pictures to me and that would've been nice to see the pictures. My father in law was here and saw half of the pieces and he confirmed that they were rotted and needed replaced. So far I haven't had any problems.

An estimator came out on a Thursday and he told me he'd email me an estimate. I called the office the following Monday and they said, "He only does his estimates on Wednesday's. He'll email it to you then." Wednesday came and went and so I called again the following Monday (now 10 days since the estimator came out). I was told by the office that since I didn't receive it last Wednesday, I'd again have to wait 2 days until the estimator does his estimates. No thank you!

They did a excellent job, because they not only did roof on house but also on a detached garage. They showed up when they said they would, and they finished before they said they would. The clean up was excellent, one day job. Would recommend them to family and friends.

I was very pleased with our walk through ALMOST the entire process with Peterson. Throughout the planning and prepping Peterson was very helpful with their services and timing. Their pricing, while not great, was fair and we felt we were going with the best. When we found out most of our plywood would also need to be replaced (it was 60 years old) they were careful to replace only what was necessary to not accrue extra charges. However, when it came to install, I could NOT BE MORE DISAPPOINTED! I was gone for most of the day, stopping in only around 5pm for about 15 minutes to quickly change clothes. It was like their was a giant Mexican fiesta going on. The number of people there just sitting around, the music, and the garbage being thrown around was surprising. I said nothing, figuring, "What did I know about how roof installs go." Well in hind sight, I should have said something right then and there. From the day after the install until the following month I continued to find nails, full shinges, metal objects, and wrapping, all over my plants, brick patio, and lawn. I counted over 40 nails on my brick patio alone. While 40 nails is a small number compared to the number used there is NO excuse for them being on an open space such as a brick patio. About three weeks after the install one when right through my flip flop missing my heel by centimeters. As a mother of two small children and a dog I was petrified and spent well over three hours combing through my property. While less important to the safety of my family, I also believed I lost about $100 worth of perennials, with an entire area of ground cover wiped out. Forget my plants looking good this fall. Of course I noted this all with Bill from the company and while he was kind, I think in the end he was just tough talk to entertain me. He talked about speaking with the men and this being their biggest complaint, but nothing was done. I wanted and want compensation. How about taking their pay and paying me for my plants and time spent cleaning up after their mess. It was horrible. Isn't holding your workers to financial accountability the best way to make change. How about cutting them $500 and putting it back in my pocket. I have not shared anything positive about Peterson with my neighbors and have deterred two, with small children, from using them after seeing the sign in my yard. Peterson should rectify this situation.

Crew did a fantastic job in very hot weather. Took longer than expected due to need to replace significant amount of plywood sheeting. Only found a few nails that were left (expected many more). also did not invoice until all work scheduled was done (had some masonry also done).

It went very, very well. Two workers showed up scheduled and one welded the seams to provide a good seal. The other worker repaired the bowed wood trim back into place and replaced all the vinyl trim along front of house where the leak was. The end result is the roof line now looks perfect again and the last heavy rain did cause any leak! The workers cleaned up the work area very well and job was completed in a half day. It was also a pleasure working with Nancy in the office as her communication and response was timely on all my questions. Will definitely call Peterson again if I have roof issues!
