Description of Work: We are getting a roof top ac unit installed and needed a roofer to install equipment rails. After contacting quite a few residential roofers that were not able to work on flat roofs, we found Peterson Roofing. They have both a commercial and residential side to their business. Our AC unit contractor suggested one way to install the rails, but Peterson Roofing suggested an easier more cost effective option. They came out to give a free estimate, took photos and wrote up a quote fairly quickly. The final work came in way under the estimate, which was great for us and they sent me some photos of the completed work too. | |While completing the railing install, they noticed some other issues with our roof, took photos and put together a report for us regarding that. We will be using them to complete that work as well. | |Overall, Peterson roofing did a great job. They were easy to get a hold of, professional, easy to work with and their rates were fair. Definitely going to use them for any future roofing needs.

Description of Work: I had an excellent experience with Peterson Roofing. I contacted them based upon reviews on Angie's List. They got right back with me and stayed in touch throughout the proposal process. Their bid was very thorough and upfront in terms of the costs. Their cost were very reasonable based upon other bids I received. I paid exactly what was agreed upon--no surprises. I would highly recommend them. I've already asked them to return and do some tuck pointing.

Description of Work: Replaced my flat roof over the garage. They were very professional, provided options and completed the work as promised. When I need to replace my main roof I am definitely calling this company again.

Description of Work: They tore off my old roof, which had three layers, replaced rotted wood, and installed a beautiful new roof. They cleaned up their work site every evening before leaving and were very conscious of dropped nails as I have pets. The owner called several times to check if everything was going as planned. Wonderful family owned company. I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Would not take responsibility for damage caused to my ceiling due to the workers tossing 90 lb bundles of shingles around like pillows. I have about 7-8 places on my ceilings that pieces of plaster have fallen off due to these workers who did not take reasonable care loading the roof with shingles.I now have to pay someone to come and repair and paint my living room, dining room and one bedroom.

Description of Work: Peterson Roofing did a complete tear off of my roof. They also did a blown in insulation and installed a gutter cover. Everything went well. They were very prompt and always called back when I phoned them. There clean up was very thorough. I would use them again and will recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: Petterson Roofing installed roof on house, flashing around chimney, attic fan, air vents, gutters, down spouts, Raindrop leaf guards and Raindrop clean outs on 2 down spouts. Had new gutters and Raindrop gutter guards also installed on my two car detached garage. The workers were all professional installers. Now, time will tell on the Raindrop leaf guards, if it does the job it is suppose to do.

Description of Work: He told me I didn't need a new roof. He said to call back in a couple years and he'd come back and inspect it again. He didn't charge for the inspection. Honesty and not money hungry. I plan to call them back
