They looked at the dishwasher and thought that they couldn’t fix the problem. They came back the second time, but they didn’t charge us for the second visit. We replaced the dishwasher; it was an old machine. They called back right away and showed up when they said they would.

We got mostly Bosch and KitchenAid, and we liked it all. The staff was great. They delivered and set up the appliances, which went very well.

It's good to shop around, including trying some on-line options. It's important to know the exact size of the appliances and the space requirements when planning the kitchen rehab so that you can plan out your cabinets and other finishes. Go to the show-room and kick the tires!

They helped us plan our kitchen remodeling, then assisted with picking out which kitchen appliances would be suitable. We did run into a problem with them, but they were extremely responsive with that and fixed it right away. I am satisfied with their services.

Their attentiveness to my situation turned what would have been a negative report into a good one. One scheduling mistake turned into a two-day delay in their availability to fix my dryer. Then they created a route for the repairman that put my repair too late in the day on a Friday. I had to leave to pick up my two sons who had been at a wilderness camp for two weeks. I REALLY wanted a working dryer when I returned. When another repairman had a cancellation, they sent him to fix my dryer, which he did very quickly.

Technician arrived on time...despite heavy snow-he was professional and friendly. He couldn't find any leak and advised how the leak could have occured ( a one-time event). He advised me that I did not need the part I ordered ( I still wanted the new agitator). He showed me how to clean debris from the agitator and how to easily pop it back into place.

The work was good. He was not as clean as I would have liked him to be. They were good on the phone and came right out.

Easy to set up appointment that worked with my schedule. Technician arrived on time and got to work. Identified the problem as a failed defrost thermostat and installed a new one. Fridge/freezer has been working great. Since we inherited all of our appliaces from a previous owner, the technician also checked the manufacture date of our unit which was very helpful (gives us an idea of when we might have to budget for a new fridge).

They came out and diagnosed the issue. They ordered the part and came back to fix it. He was very happy with them. They were a family owned business and I have purchased appliance from them in the past. Their price and their service were both good. Their sales people were fine.

The repair man was honest and professional. I would use this company again --they seemed very up front and trustworthy, prompt and helpful on the phone, too. The repair guy was great but I have forgotten his name. It was some time this summer --I got busy and forgot to write a report but wanted to even in retrospect because I like this place a lot. And I am a VERY skeptical person.

I called them to come out because it was making a horrible noise. He came out and ran the dryer so that he could hear the noise. He discovered that the noise was caused by lint build up in the bottom of my dryer. He cleaned everything out and it turned out well. He was very reasonably priced. There was so much for the service fee and then the cost for the dryer cleaning.

Dryer and range hood were put in on one day and the fridge was put in on the Saturday before easter. After making all hook ups for ice maker and tested water line all was good two hours later the fridge started leaking out of bottom. Called Novack and they came out to find that there was a defect in the water line for factory fixed leak in a super fast manner and thanked us for letting them come out so quickly.

Repairman did not show up or call during the 2 hour time frame I had been given the night before. After an additional hour I called the company. He arrived about 15 minutes later with the self-evident comment that he was 'running late.' Once he was on the job he was courteous, efficient, and apparently competent. It took him about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem (dead thermostat) and replace the necessary part. I paid the approximately $70 house call fee, plus the cost of the part ($15), plus an additional $70 which I assume was the hourly rate. (He didn't offer 50 minutes in change). There was no original repair estimate, but the total labor related cost of $140 for being an hour late and working 10 minutes seemed a bit much.

The door on my dishwasher was broken. The springs seem to be the issue. Mario replaced the springs, the rollers and brackets on the baskets. He was exceptionally nice, cleaned up and even vacuumed under the dishwasher when he removed the unit. I would use him again.

I went to ABC and I saw a guy named Steve and I had to make a appointment to see him. I went in four times to pick things up and he was never there. I was spending over 20,000 dollars on appliances. When I went to my Friends house she told me that they could do better. So I canceled the order with ABC because they wouldn't give me a good price. So I went back to the kitchen place and they told me about this company. They gave me a wonderful deal. They delivered and installed on-time for free. Nothing was a problem for them.

Novak & Parker are an authorized Viking service company so they came out to repair my range. Very prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. In addition their prices are very competitive with other Viking-approved companies. Will definitely call again.
