+ -1 moreMark came out and gave us an estimate to repair/replace wood on our shed and paint it. It was a tricky job. Also replaced & installed the walk thru garage door, and painted it. 3rd time we have used him and each job was done timely, well done and fairly priced. He replaced the wood on the shed in the time it would have taken me to find the screwdriver. I will use him again and highly recommend him. He is great at working with wood and painting. Job well done, no fuss, doesn't need to be constantly watched, knows what he is doing.
Description of Work: Replaced and repaired wood on shed and painted the replaced wood. Installed a new walk-thru door on the garage, and painted it.

+ 1 moreOn time, on cost, clean, came with all equipment needed, they did a wonderful job.
Description of Work: They were very responsive, on time and I highly recommend them. They gave us a quote for repairing basement drywall and replacing basement baseboard on finished basement that was damaged in the July 2011 flood. They gave us a quote of cost and when they would be available and how long it would take. Everything done was on schedule, within the price, and on time each time they came. Exquisite job, cleaned up after themselves, were neat and clean. We also had some odds and ends of plumbing that they did an excellent job with. I highly recommend them, and will use them again. The drywall holes were impossible to see after they repaired and painted, and that shows the high quality of their work.

+ 1 morebefore you call do have some idea what your project will look like. when you have an idea what you might like give Mark a call when he stops over tell him your ideas he then will offer his opinion as soon as Mark knows what you want it's non stop untill the job is completed.
Description of Work: remove shower surrond plasterboard toilet shower doors tile floor medicine cabnet vanity. install all new everything that we picked out. gave Mark the numbers of the products we wanted and he pick it all up. hauled away all debris very pleased with results so had him do another bath at my sons house and another perfect job .if you want a good job with a fair price than Mark at North Park is your man.

+ 0 moreThey were fabulous. They did it when they said they were going to do it, they finished when they said they were going to finish, they did a top-notch job and I was so impressed. This guy gave me the most reasonable estimate of the three that I got. They cleaned up after themselves, very neat. They were very professional. The price doesn't include the parts I had them install. They also rebuilt pieces of wall inside my house.
Description of Work: I had my bathroom remodeled. They took out all the old stuff, they did wainscoting, they did tiling and they put in a new vanity.

Description of Work: They decorated the basement, put in a new vanity in the upstairs bathroom, sink, plumbing, switched faucets, plastering, patching up holes. They also re-caulked the bathroom, plumbed the sink, installed a new medicine cabinet, sink, plunger in powder room. They also fixed some tiling for us.
