Our previous two bathrooms done by KSR were done very well with zero interaction issues so I am baffled.

Kris and his assistant did a great job for remodeling two full bathroom for my townhouse.  They were punctual.  We negotiated the price pretty well since the original quote I thought it was too high.  Overall, I highly recommend them for any remodel or any home improvement projects.

My project was a fairly straight-forward remodel of an upstairs bathroom although everything was essentially replaced.  The estimate was very competitive with others and I'm happy to say that we stayed on budget and on time.  Krzysztof and Marcin worked on this project initially with Marcin doing majority of the finishing work in the last few days.  They have worked together for a long time and it shows as they work extremely well together.  Both of them are very skilled tradesmen.  They always showed up on time in the morning and cleaned up after themselves before going home.  They work fast and strive to make the finished product look good.  A huge plus is that they are very willing to listen to the homeowners.  They took time to explain any details that we wanted to understand in order to put our minds at ease.   As with any project, there are always a few glitches - in our case with the materials - but they were able to adjust and work with us to keep everything moving according to plan.  Overall this project went very smoothly and we are very happy with the whole experience.  I will definitely call these guys back the next time we need to remodel anything.

Kris is THE BEST! He is very responsive - I called and he came the next day (on a Saturday) to look at my project and take measurements. He emailed me the quote within a couple days. He brought samples of counter and cabinet options, and he supplied all the major finishing materials including tub and toilet. I really appreciated that since I didn't want to purchase those items myself and have to deal with delivery headaches. I also think I would have spent more on the total renovation if I'd have had to supply those myself. His prices are very reasonable - it's fabulous quality of work! The tiling looks amazing! Seriously amazing! The custom vanity looks great too and has soft close drawers/cabinets. He takes a lot of pride in his work, and it definitely shows! 

Kris did the work himself with one other person. He was onsite throughout the project, which I really appreciate. The process was painless. Our house was kept clean and we felt totally comfortable with them working in our house while we were at work. We communicated during the days through phone calls and texts. He's really accommodating too. I needed him to come really early one day and he was able to make that work for me. And I asked if we could add on tiling our laundry room floor that week which he fit in too. Can't recommend him enough! In fact, we are having him remodel another bathroom for us in a couple months. He's just great!
 

The work was done in 4 days as promised. The walls were prepped perfectly. Kris listened well to all our concerns and performed everything that was required. The tile work was also done well. Kris chose very nice granite countertops. We were so satisfied that we are currently discussing our next project with KSR.

Overall, it was a very big project and the team completed it in less than time than expected.  They would arrive every morning by 7 or 8 and leave by 5. The spent the morning planning for a brief time and going over the details with me of what will be completed and at the end of the day would go over what they had done and clean up the work space.  They took the utmost care in making sure that the rest of the house would not get dirty from all the sawdust and debris.  They are very quick and professional.  When something was not to my liking they would redo the job, but that barely happened because they would make sure we got it right the first time around. 
The quality in craftsmanship and overall appeal of the basement is way over my expectations.  I didn't expect it to look so nice once it was complete.  They would even offer advice and solutions as to what would look nice or is in style, which I greatly appreciated.  I would definitely recommend them and if I had to do it over again, I'd choose them.

Kris called us back right away, came out for the estimate the next day, and started the job within a week.  The price was very competitive, and Kris buys all the materials.  He gave some suggestions that turned out beautiful, and our tenant loves the new shower.  The workers were quick and very clean.  The job was completed in about 2.5 days.  Within the next year, we need to remodel the kitchen and both bathrooms in our own home, and we will definitely be calling Kris.

We desperately needed to update our main level.
The entire main level had ceramic tile which was cracking and in some places entire 12X12 tile would come up.  Kris and his team came in and removed all the tile and they did a great job blocking off areas they were not working in to keep the dust down and once the new floor was put down they covered the floor to protect it from getting damaged.  They prepared the sub floor for the new tile and hardwood floor to be put down on the main level, stairs, and upstairs hallway.
We also had recessed lights installed in  kitchen, breakfast area, family room, and living room with dimmer switches, Kris did a great job accommodating our request with the number of switched we wanted and which we wanted to control what set of lights.  
We wanted to replace all kitchen cabinets and countertops, Kris and his team removed all the cabinets and countertops in one day and took all the debris away that same day.  Kris recommended a countertop fabricator who we used to get the new countertops and have it installed by, they did a great job also. Kris's team also disconnected all the appliances and reinstalled them once the job was completed. We had provided Kris with the design and measurements of the new cabinets, once they were delivered he was able to use the provided design measurements to complete the job and it looks great.  Kris did a great job of making adjustments as needed to accommodate for our walls and ceiling not being straight and at perfect 90 degree angles.
We wanted to replace our front door with two side lights, with a new front door and side lights and a new storm door.  Kris did a great job removing the old and installing the new door and storm door.  
During this process we had him update the powder room with a new toilet, vanity, lighting, exhaust fan, and paint. Again needless to say it turned out excellent. 
They painted all the rooms and ceilings as we had asked, we just provided the paint needed for the rooms. 
The thing that I noticed and like the most about Kris, is that everything that required attention detail such as grunting, painting the trim, painting the corners where the ceiling and wall come together, the electrical stuff, Kris preformed all of those services himself. They did a great job of cleaning up every day before they left for the day, and hauled away all the debris from the day with them each night.  Kris did a great job making recommendation when he knew something wouldn't work, and when he thought there was a better solution.
We have already recommended Kris to two of our close family friends who have seen his work and were very impressed.  We plan on using him again when we replace all the flooring in the bedrooms, and when we renovate the master bathroom.

For the layout and design Chris had some great ideas that worked out perfectly.

Kris was very professional and honest. Bathroom look great and we would absolutely use him again. He followed through on everything he promised and his workers were polite, hard-working and left the area very clean at the end of each day. The bathroom remodeling project I contracted with Kris was completed on time, his price was reasonable, he observed high standard of workmanship, and he corrected all imperfections I identified to him. Kris is a reliable person, honest, low key and I highly recommend him for all kinds of carpentry work.

We had our basement finished about 5 weeks ago and have been extremely happy with the quality of the work. The crew was very professional and polite. Chris was instrumental all through the project and always returned call very promptly. We received a lot of compliments for our basement, and mostly importantly, we now have a beautiful lower level in our house, not just a basement! This is a perfect example of a job well done! I would recommend the crew to any of my friends.

KSR Home Improvement did an excellent job.  Our floors needed replacement and our bathroom needed updating.  They were very professional and finished the job in a timely fashion.  The cost also was very fair.  I was so pleased on how they also kept the work area clean during the whole project.  I will definitely use them again for future work.

Kris's workmanship was excellent.  He was on time everyday, cleaned up everything before leaving for the day and is a perfectionist with details.
He rarely took a break, was courteous, sincere and a real pleasure to have around.  If you are looking for someone who can do all of your remodeling needs and have it done to your 100% satisfaction, call Kris.
The granite men who installed our vanity countertop did not make any allowance for the tower trim.  Kris had to remove the granite back splash, cut it down in size for the tower to fit correctly and then reinstall the back splash.
All of Kris's work was superior.  We are extremely happy we had him install our bathroom and look forward to our next project with him.
