I was very happy with the whole experience.

The work that needed to be done was very thoroughly explained to me as was the pricing and contract. Very professional. Tommy was the first roofer salesman to actually get up on my roof and asses the problem. The workers were polite and worked very hard. Everything was cleaned up nicely. Very good job. I would recommend them.

The sales rep Tommy was a good guy, gave me his recommendations and a good deal. I would definitely recommend Williams. In fact Williams wound up doing two other houses on my street!

Working with Williams Roofing was a good experience. Tommy was always very responsive and easy to work with. The roof looks great and the crew was quick and cleaned up the area well. When I returned home, I never would have known that a new roof was installed because the area was completely free of debris. Before signing the contract, I was told that the new roof would be more expensive than their original estimate but they ended up matching an offer from a competitor. There were also a couple of minor issues but Tommy made sure they were both resolved quickly. I would recommend and/or work with Williams Roofing in the future.

I compared prices and Williams was fair and used top quality materials,I have friends who know the business and the roofing material and purchased materials were top notch,clean up was good,containment to my neighbors property was excellent,it was like they were never there and I got a very nice looking,superior quality roof installed at a fair price,along with additionals such as gutter guards and larger down spouts,I was very satified with the work!

I hired them to replace my roof. Mark was very understanding about what I was looking for. I can tell you this much, you can't beat the price.

I hired them to repair the roof. They were knowledgeable. The person I dealt with (I believe Mark) was a little rough around the edges and was a no nonsense type of person. I was a bit put off at first, but then realized how refreshing it was. He didn't sugar coat the situation and left the decisions to me, there was no hard sell. I hope he doesn't take offense to this post. I did like how he showed me exactly what was wrong with the roof, and explained the process thoroughly. I was also surprised to call and get him directly on the phone. He was also flexible on the payment timeline. He was sympatric to the situation as it is a big purchase and he saw we weren't planning for this. He had faith in us so we put faith in the company. The crew was very respectful and worked hard. I read online what to look out for with companies and they followed all the guide lines. I found little to no debris left on the property but that is expected as you can't capture everything. I would recommend them. Price was mid range to high from other quotes received, and well worth it from what I can see. Thank you for the wonderful job.

I hired Williams Roofing after interviewing others. I dealt with Mark. The crew arrived on time and knew what the were doing. They worked very good together as a team. My house is 60 years old and had more damage to the wood, under the original shingles, than was covered in my estimate. Marc showed me the damage and explained my options for replacing the damaged wood. Even with the extra work the crew finished in one day. The company is very professional and I���m happy with the value for the money I spent.

Marc was honest and available for my questions/concerns. I was impressed with how quick Marc was able to get to city to give me an estimate and how quickly the job was done. Very professional.
