Description of Work: Arturo helped us select and order our mattress when we visited the store on Saturday. He took a lot of time explaining how the mattresses were made and showed us the inside of one. I love the fact that our mattress was made on Monday at their local warehouse and delivered the following day. I also love the fact that you can send it back and have them adjust it if you find it too soft or too firm. |

Description of Work: Built a custom mattress for me. Ken the owner was knowledge about product. Mattress was too firm and returned 6 months later to be softer material . Mattress is good product is guaranteed because it is custom order. When mattress is returned $150 is charged for pick up and delivery charges. There is a side handle which is of poor quality and makes it difficult to FLIP mattress. Overall rating is good.

Description of Work: You'll excuse me I really thought verlo was a reputable company. I walked into the Skokie store and purchased a bed no questions asked did not haggle about price. Had it delivered to inlaws were my motherinlaw has stage 4 breast cancer, and no bed frame. You would think that a store that sells almost only beds would let you know you need to purchase a bed frame. Now I have to run and pick one up and install it myself,no one ever mentioned that it is extra. This will be the last time I walk into a verlo store and will more than happy to let friends and family know how you do business .

 + -1 moreChris at Verlo Mattress really knows his stuff. I had an idea what kind of mattress I wanted to get without paying an arm and a leg for it and Chris was great! I ran into the store, saw the mattress he told me about and I immediately ordered it. The process was quick and painless and the best thing was getting a delivery date for two days later. If I had purchased one online or at another store, the delivery would have been between 1-2 weeks. Verlo Matthress Factory Store and Chris were unbeatable in every way---price, professionalism and service!!!
Description of Work: I called around trying to find a place (both online and brick and mortar stores) that allowed you to buy just a mattress (I needed a twin mattress for my five year old) and have it delivered before the weekend. I spoke to Chris at Verlo Mattress and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. As soon as I got off the phone with him, I drove to the store and he pointed out the one he had told me about. The price was excellent and with tax and delivery fees, I paid about $230.

Description of Work: Art, our salesman, was fantastic. I had already done a bunch of research on the company and it is obvoius they stand behind their products, which is saying a lot in the mattress business. Art explained everything in detail and was one of the best customer-orientated salesperson. The customized bed was made on time and delivered on time (they call the day before to give you a 2-hour window). Great service!!

 + -1 moreThe Verlo Mattress Factory Store in Morton Grove was and is like a breath of fresh air compared to other mattress stores and companies I've dealt with. Rod, who owns this particular store is extremely professional and patient. Not qualities found in many other bedding type stores. Rod went out of his way to make my bed "perfect" for me. This needed several tries, not because they didn't do a great job, but because my needs kept changing. No problem! I needed usually to pay just for the delivery charge. If extra materials were needed, then I paid for those, but these were very reasonably priced, considering I am now getting a great night's sleep. I visited "top" of the line bedding places where huge prices are charged, but they didn't offer the type of service Verlo said it would provide. I held the Verlo store in Morton Grove and Rod to their word and they came through. I can't recommend this store highly enough. Don't even look at other stores if you need a good night's sleep.
