I called and was assigned to Isolina for a homeowners insurance quote. She asked me a number of pertinent questions related to my new home and was very responsive to any questions I had. I received a quote within 24 hours and I moved forward with the Matt Mitchell State Farm Insurance Agency. All of the information necessary for the close was delivered on time and I couldn't have been happier with the process. Isolina was wonderful to work with.

The experience was excellent - and could not have gone better. Matt spend a lot of time understanding our needs and explaining all facets of the potential insurance plans. He then did the work to put the policies in place promptly. A few policies were complex and he persevered and stayed on top of the progress which ultimately ensued. We could not be happier with Matt and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to change their insurance carrier. Plus the State Farm pricing was highly competitive and provided more coverage than my former insurance carrier.

My brother has had insurance through a number of different companies and he found that State Farm provided the best overall experience. So, I decided to switch from Farmers to State Farm and found Matt Wills through Angies List. My brother had told me they would be more expensive, but it would be worth it. I was pleasantly surprised when Matt gave me quotes that were less than what I was currently paying on my Farmers policies. I obtained several quotes from other companies just to be sure and Matt's was competitive. I was moving into my first home, so I had a lot of questions about different coverage options, which he took the time to answer for me. He replied to all my emails promptly and returned my phone calls as well. He also told us he will make an annual appointment with us to review our policies. I now have auto, home and life insurance through the Matt Mitchell agency and feel that I made the right decision.

I have no regrets at all and have referred his services many times over because of his staff's concern for their clients' well-being and desire to help even if it doesn't mean closed business. Thanks to the whole crew!

OK, but it would have been better if he had said upfront that State Farm does not provide insurance to people who have had any recent claims.

Matt was a plumbing customer of mine and I found out that he had an insurance business. I called him into my office and felt good about what he had to say. I felt like we would be treated well by his company so I transferred all of our business to him. I am very glad that I did so because he has been very attentive to ur needs over the past 2 years and I am confident that we will work together well into the future. Matt has a different approach to customer service. He doesn't just book your business and then forget about you. He keeps in contact and makes sure that all of your insurance and financial need are satisfied. I appreciate good service and Matt is on the right track when it comes to that.

Matt is GREAT! Very nice and quick to respond. I sent him a list of what my husband and I had currently and told him my goals for our insurance. I told him that the insurance company itself was less important than a trusted source for managing our insurance. I learned of Matt and the Matt Mitchell Agency through Angie's List and the comments about Matt the person, not the insurance guy, were outstanding. Matt looked over everything we had, helped me figure what additional term insurance my husband needed through a very understandable formula, and suggested what additional home owner insurance we needed. The Umbrella Policy he suggested was also something we went with. All in all, we got more coverage for about the same money I had been spending for less coverage. State Farm is a company who's brand I generally trust, but it was Matt's expertise and concern for us that put me over the edge. Also, I've had great interaction with his staff, specifically Maria. She's been great!

We contacted Matt about our insurance needs and he gave us a very competitive and comprehensive option. Seeing the value we decided to insure all of our company trucks and even our personal cars with them. Matt also showed us the value of insuring our home with State Farm and that has been a very smooth transition from our old carrier. Over time Matt has kept in contact with us as it pertains to our existing account and has shown us other offerings that we could benefit from. Of those offerings we actually purchased a life insurance policy to further our peace of mind in case of the unexpected.

During our second year of business, we met Matt and asked him to review all of our policies. He did and found serious gaps in our policies, proposed solutions and came up with a great package at a great price. Matt has been awesome! He has answered questions during the past year, quickly and professionally. He has provided advice regarding our insurance goals and does an annual review of all of our policies. We get amazing support from his team. We could not have found a better business partner!
