This Manager was to charge us $85 a month (contract) to look after and rent our home out. The tenants never paid the rent on time, late fees incurred every month, never paid to us. He charged us $100 for his services, $15 over the contract every month. he promised to take photos and do a walk through and take photos every 3 months, never happened, not once. Then after 9 months the tenants left, owing us rents for 3 more months, and forfeiting their $2000 deposit, which John Taylor has kept in his coffers. We have filed with the Attorney Generals Office, awaiting response. Mr. Taylor, has since sent us threatening emails, when we choose to get a lawyer and terminate his services. This is not a Management company, I would recommend, we now have a new company and it is costing us $3125 to fix the issues that incurred whilst under John Taylor's management.
Description of Work: Managing our rental home for one year.
