I was very pleased with the work they did for me. The weather didn?t work in my favor and some of the delays were frustrating, but they didn?t have control over that. My recommendation is to get everything nailed down in the spring so the work can be done over the summer. The quality of their work was excellent; everything works fine and it is still in good shape. I think they raised unrealistic expectations about the timing of the project. The owner wasn?t great about returning phone calls and sometimes I would have to call three or four times before he called me back. The workmen cleaned up after themselves and I think I only found three nails once they left.

I got three estimates for roof replacement as one normally would do. While Colonial wasn't the least expensive estimate, I was complete impressed with the professional attitude presented by the company's owner. His tremendous ability to work so professionally with our insurance adjuster was also a factor in my choice. The work started on time and was completed when I was told it would be done. The cleanup was immaculate, too. There was one very minor issue that I discovered a week later, and when I called them they showed up to attend to it within HOURS! I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
