We are a Factory Authorized Bryant furnace & air conditioner dealer. Moreover, as a comfort 24/7 dealer, we can offer 10 year parts and labor warranty on your home equipment. At Brian and Sons, we are continuing to move forward and strive on the promise of always providing first-rate service and professionalism to our customers. Our devoted staff is continuously staying up to date on the new, and ever-changing, HVAC industry so that we will always provide the best service we can. Honesty and quality work by people who care. We care about you and the services we provide with no high pitched sales. We service our customers and stand behind the services we provide. Called in the morning to get an estimate and Debbie was able to come out later that day. They showed up on time and didn't reschedule which other contractors were guilty of. Price was very competitive. After a few days, she called me back to see if I had any questions. None of the other contractors called back. As my townhome was right on the bubble of a 2.5 ton or 3 ton a/c, i had called to tell her I was looking at getting a 3 ton and she upgraded my equipment from the 2.5 ton from the estimate to the 3 ton free of any up charge. She also honored a coupon that was meant to expire but was still showing up on Angie's list. I am very satisfied with the value I got with Brian and Sons.
Installation was completed in 5 hours. After using the air conditioning for a week, the equipment seems to be working effectively. I do have some constructive criticism for the installers: first, I was reading how important it is for the air conditioning unit to be sitting level. I would expect that an actual level be used rather than by eyeballing it. I do not know if it is necessary or if other contractors would do this. Also, the thermostat was installed crooked, again I would expect them to level this properly as now I have to take it off and level it myself. Other than that, the install was completed professionally, looks clean, great sheet metal work to cover up old removed humidifier, and the guys were honest and easy to work with.
I will continue to use Brian and Sons for my maintenance and service calls.

About 15 minutes after I sent the pictures, they called me back and said that I would need about 160.00 in sheet metal work to complete the project. I agreed to that and we set up the install date. I had to change the date once and then also change the time but it was all handled professionally and courteously by the staff of Brian and Sons.
On the day of install, the guys came within the appointed time frame and 2 hours later I had a new furnace. They had a little trouble getting my old furnace out because I have a very small "utility closet" in my townhome but out it came. The guys did a lot of cleaning within the air conditioner coils, did the sheet metal work and the new, smaller unit was installed. They were very professional, explained everything to me about the operation of the new furnace and advised me on what type of filters I should purchase. They were also very good about cleaning up and disposing of my old furnace.
All in all, I was very pleased with the ease of purchasing my new furnace, scheduling the installation, the quality of the furnace, the installation of the unit and of course the price! I will be sharing my positive experience with my townhome neighbors who will ,in all likelihood , be needing to replace their 24 year old furnaces very soon.

My experience with Brian and Sons was excellent. On one of the coldest days of the year my furnace stopped working around 5 a.m. I knew my furnace needed to be replaced (due to prior repairs) but was not expecting it to happen so soon. Due to my 1 year old daughter, I was very concerned and started to contact HVAC companies on Angie's list. I called 3 companies and told them my situation and asked how quickly they could have someone come out. Brian and Sons technician Jim made it a priority due to the welfare of my family. Unfortunately, the other 2 companies passed me around their call centers and told me when their "office" person comes in they will contact me (the 2 companies reported having 24 hour service). Long story short, the other companies called me back in the afternoon, by then I already had a new furnace in place. The technician Jim was at my house shortly after I called. He was professional, helpful, personable, and very knowledgeable. Jim and Brian and Sons knew my situation and that I needed heat ASAP. The company allocated the proper personnel (even took employees off jobs that didn't require immediate attention to help me) so they could get my new furnace in. They quoted me a great price (compared to prior quotes I received). The quote and final charge were the same, they didn't charge me any emergency fees (the other companies told me they would). In my opinion, that's the difference from a local family owned business and big companies. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.
