Auto Sales, Auto Service + 1 more
I bought my 2005 Toyota Prius at this dealership. They were great about the sale, they've taken care of my car through every needed service, recall, etc. with great efficiency, good price, and excellent professionalism. I also have had need of their body shop on two different occasions, and they really did a wonderful job both times and went the extra mile to make sure I could replace a cracked taillight that had nothing to do with the accident by throwing in the labor, which was mostly required by the repair for the accident anyway. Haven't had a bad experience with them in 8 years! How many times can you say that about a car dealership?

Auto Sales, Auto Service
I have been taking my car to Hiland Toyota for over ten years. The service is generally good, although it has been up and down. Lately I find that I need to have my husband call and make an appointment because they do not seem to deal as well with women,It took me several months to get the piece that was scratched. I kept leaving messages, but no one called me. I spoke to the service manager, but he did not get back to me and forgot to order the part. Finally, I spoke to him again, and he ordered the part.
Their work is good, just hurried, and they sometimes miss things. Other times when I have had the car in, they take a very long time to do relatively minor work. One time I asked about the length of time it took for an oil change (after about an hour and a half), and they said they were washing the car. When I got the car, it had not been washed. In addition, at times I have had to take the car for an oil change to another shop because they did not have any appointment openings for two weeks or more.
I like this dealership and the service area, but I think they could do a better job dealing with customers. Their work seems fine, and I will return there, especially since my car is now under warranty, but I wish I felt more comfortable dealing with them and that it was not so hard to get done what I want done.

Visited the dealership a few times before settling on a used Scion. Never have I seen a place so uninterested in selling me a car! I've dealt with several people and the only person I liked was Mike Morales. He was laid back, honest and easy to deal with. But, despite liking Mike, every time I try to contact him via email, I get an email back from the internet sales manager, Lonnie Tapscott, who, despite writing back, doesn't really answer my questions. The finance guy was smarmy and tried to see if he could get an "in" while talking to me to bash Al Gore, but I didn't bite. W**? Asked me how I felt about Al Gore buying some big fancy house. What does that have to do with anything? Said he'd never seen anyone NOT buy the Toyota Extended Care, but I wasn't budging on that either. My buying experience was OK. The only positive thing about it was Mike. I just get the overall feeling that they just don't give a crap about you, even when you DO decide to buy a car. During the several months I was searching, I made numerous inquiries via their (never updated) website and never did anyone call on me or offer to help me find what I was looking for. If I hadn't have been after such a specific car, I would never have bought from them. Would not recommend unless you know exactly what you're after and can deal with Mike only! Check out dealerrater's website for more honest reviews.
