Service man "Jim" arrived within appointment window and evaluated my problem and because the old pump was the original in this house, I decided to replace it instead of attempting any repairs. He completed the work in less than an hour, cleaned up everything (protected the carpet with a tarp), and gave me additional information about this product. I was very satisfied with this contractor.

When I called (I forgot his name, but I think it was the owner) spent a while on the phone with me. I was trying to explain the exact location of the section of pipe and what it looked like, which wasn't easy because I was calling from work. He was patient and explained things very well. They were able to come out a few days later - not the same guy, but one of his employees. He quoted me a price on the spot and it seemed like a fair deal so I told him to go ahead. It was done in about an hour, and everything looks solid.

I used Ed in a emergency situation. I called and a lady answered. From there she advised us to use text message. That made the hole thing much easier. Very straight forward. I was told if there were a need for more repair the hourly job would be added a price to it. He was on time and really fast. Was careful with my things too.I wish all the workers I have doing a job for hi, were like him.

We have used RJ Graham before to put in a sump pump and a new kitchen faucet as well as the new hot water heater most recently. They come when they say they will, or call, their prices are fair, and they do a workmanlike job. I have been happy with their work and would recommend them, and have recommended them to others. I consider them my go to plumber.

My experience with them was very good. They were professional, on time and did good clean-up work. I have used them before. They are a very clean plumbing company. They don't make a mess and what mess they do make, they clean up very well.

We called at 3:30 on Saturday, and had a response within 5 min and Steve Suarez, the owner arrived at 4:30 pm. We explained the issue to him, and he determined what to do to correct it We had a clean-out installed over 10 years ago, and it was buried under 2 feet of snow. We weren't entirely sure of the location, but we kept digging until we found it. Steve immediately determined that the blockage was between the house and the clean-out. Once he cleared the blockage, he also rodded out to the the street just to make sure that there were no other problems. We are extremely pleased with the service that we received late on a Saturday afternoon and will definitely call them again in the future for our general plumbing projects.

E-mailed them in the late evening and got quick reply. They set up a service call for the next day and were on time. The project was done very promptly. Will keep their phone number and website for any plumbing repairs in the future.

It went out fine, that was good. We were satisfied with them.

I called RJ Graham at about 10 AM asking if they could schedule someone to come out to clean out a clogged bathtub drain. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told they would be out between 3 and 5 PM. It was great to have such a quick response. The plumber showed up at 4 PM. I was very impressed with how much time was spent cleaning out not just the drain pipe but also the trap. When he finished the water was draining like it was new. My only criticism was that the price of $175.00 seemed a little steep. However they warranty the work for 2 years so if there is another problem it will be covered at no cost.

The technician/plumber was prompt and actually called prior to coming. The projects took 2 different days. Both days went well with no complications or problems. The plumber was very knowledgeable and patient in instructing us on using our newly installed water filter system. He was thorough in his inspection and recommendations and actually told us how to save money on repairs and replacements. We certainly will use this company in the future.

I used them few times and I am very satisfied with them. I actually used them maybe three times. I last used them probably like in August. The service cost maybe between $150 and $200. I like them because each time I needed them I called and they were available. They are always willing to accommodate and send somebody else as soon as possible. They always came out to give us a free estimate and they were prepared to do work each time. I would say that they were fair. Each time they called – if they are running a little late or they could be early they called.

It turned out great. We paid an additional amount. He was a very professional and nice guy. He got the work done very quickly, efficiently, and neatly. We were very happy.

Service went well. They were very prompt and attentive to the issue, they came out right away and that was much appreciated. I was happy with the work performed and would definitely use them again. I purchased a deal for their services thru Angie's list and I have one small complaint on that. While the deal was $99, I wound up having to tack on $76 to that original amount to totally complete my job. Reason being, the $99 deal was only for a 25ft snake job - something that wasn't clarified in their deal offer. I had to pay an addl $76 to leverage a bigger machine to get to the source of the clog. I think they should clarify specifics of what the deal covers, particularly with respects to the snake jobs, and not be so vague in the offer. Part of me wishes I'd pressed for them to honor the $99 deal since it wasn't clarified that it was only for a 25ft snake job.

Plumber arrived EARLY and knocked the work out very quickly. Explained the process and fixed the problem. Not much more you could ask for. I'll consider them again in the spring for a french drain install.

They were very punctual and completed the job in about 4 hours. They removed the old hot water heater and left no mess whatsoever. Very good job.

The story begins in June 2013, when we purchased the house. On the days prior to closing the seller was supposed to have the tubing outside of the hose connected for the closing to proceed. That for sure was not the entire issue. After the first heavy rain, the tubing disconnected and water was puddling around the sunk pump. RJ pluming corrected the problem and redid some of the interior pipes. This seem to resolve the problem because during the summer we had several heavy down poors and no issue with water entering the basement. During the week prior to this call we had around 8" of snow around the house.and in the yard. As the snow started melting we noticed that water was again coming back into the basement quickly. We had around 2-3 inches of water this time. RJ Graham was called and they were on site within a couple hours after the call for help. Eric investigate the issue and stated the the sunk pump was blown and needed replacing. He had a replacement in the service truck and we agreed on doing the repair. Within 30 minutes of his arrival the new sunk pump was working amazing very quietly. The old one was very loud and we could hear it form the second level about ground level. I am sure this was the right thing to do because a few weeks later we got over 20 inches of snow that build up over time. This past week almost all the snow melted in 2-3 days.....and our basement is dry. Eric did a very good job in explaining the cause of the problem, our old pump was very old and he made a point that the pump was at end of life. It was a pleasure having him do the work on our house, due to his wonderful personality. RJ Graham phone staff is very receptive. I used the website to contact them at 4am.. Even though I called by phone at 8:00 am, I received a response for the website request by 9:00. They were able to confirm that someone will be at the house within the hour.

The experience was very good. Price was very fair. He took his time with the job. I didn't feel as if he was rushing to finish it. He was very polite and personable. It was a great experience and I would use him again.

The scheduling process was quick and ran smoothly. The service person arrived on time and was clean and courteous. The workmanship was spot on and the work space was left clean. There were some minor difficulties (the new water heater was not the exact size of the old one) so there were some modifications to be made to existing plumbing. While it was clear in "the big deal" that there may be extra charges, the extras ran +$300 on the planned budget. These mods were not particularly difficult, and I would have thought they would be expected. This turned what was a pretty good deal into a so-so price that I could have gotten anywhere.

The service was great. The scheduling was fine.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out fine. They were on time and thorough. The worked turned out good; it was fixed right and fixed the first time. My interaction with the provider was good. I spent an additional $75 above the Big Deal price because they said the drain had to be replaced in order for it to be unclogged.

They are very good. They were here when they said they would and did a great job. They were competitive and made the inspectors happy as well.
