It took about an hour and 45 minutes to complete the work. I'm very happy with them and I would call them again. They were a little expensive but they did a good job. The office staff was top notch and friendly; and all staff was professional .

Steve was awesome!! He was very gracious, but most of all professional! He answered any and all questions I had. He also offered some tips in prolonging the life of my new water heater as well as plumbing tips. I was very impressed how quickly this was done. I look forward to working with RJ Graham in any future plumbing projects I may have! Definitely recommend them!!

RJ Graham came out on Feb. 9 at the exact time to give us an estimate on what needed to be done. The next day at 8am they came to begin work by inserting a rod that had an electronic sensor they were able to locate main drain. They put a tarp down on our patio to protect it from the dirt and clay they dug up with shovels. The digging was done as close to the house possible (we are on a slab) , main line cut , and tee with clean out installed. Once Village Inspector approved work, the dirt was shoveled back in, RJ Graham then proceeded to rod out main line to street, he did this a total of six times to insure line was clear. He did encounter tree roots but nothing major, most were small. We never had a clean out in this house for over 40 years. This was the first time main line was rodded. RJ Graham took care of getting permit and having JULIE locate all utility and water lines within one day. This company is one of the best, if not "The Best " plumbing company in the area. Their employees are courteous, professional and conscientious at all times. Their work is superb in every way. If you need a plumber who does a professional job, contact RJ Graham. You won't be disappointed. I would contact them again for any plumbing work to be done in my home.

There were no additional costs beyond the prepaid rate. They completed the job in about forty-five minutes. They took care of the problem and everything was wonderful. I have used their services for additional work as well.

Even though no work was performed I was impressed with their expertise, responsiveness and willingness to help. They responded to messages sent through Angie's list very quickly, and made very helpful suggestions. They'll be my first call for any plumbing work in the future.

I called on Tuesday hoping for an appointment Friday. The man who answered was quite professional and promised to arrive between 8 and 10 a.m. He was there exactly at 8. He assessed the problem, gave me a price, saidi it would be done in half an hour, and started to work. He was very respectful of my home and carpets, and was professional in every way. The job was completed in the time frame he specified and my kitchen sink problem disappeared. Would definitely call again.

Great job. Replaced hot water heater and removed old one. Also repaired a pipe directly above the tank. The repair job was $300 which I thought was a little high since it was easy to get to once the tank was removed and I probably could have gotten " a guy" to replace the tank for less but I wanted a certified plumber for the repairs. Could not have been nicer, neater or more efficient. Took old tank with him for disposal. Sometimes you need to pay for peace of mind. Overall, a good job for the price and I would use them again. p.s. the new hot water heater has slightly less but works better than the old one ( more efficient, no sediment, etc...)

Showed up exactly on time. Gentleman was extremely polite. Very refreshing to get great value and great customer service. I will recommend RJ Graham to all who ask.

Jim said he would be here at 8 and was on time to the minute. Worked hard the entire day and got it all done. True gentleman and cared enough to think through the placement of the pipes (didn't just rush through the job and pass the problem onto the next guy).

They did a great job. They provided a good service and the price was good.

The plumber inspection my toilet and determined the problem was with the valve. He then gave me the cost for repairs and obtained my permission before proceeding to do the work. He used shoe covers to protect my carpeting, and was very neat. Before leaving he explained what the problem was and what he did. The plumber was very friendly and professional

It went great! They were efficient and the quality was very good. Customer service as well.

I contacted RJ Graham on Sunday via their web form. I heard back within a couple hours. After a couple more e-mails back and forth i had an appointment set for the following Tuesday. I was given a 2 hour window. The plumber arrived in the first half of the window. He asked me what was going on, warned me about the risk of rodding galvanized pipes and getting holes, then took a look around. 45 minutes later my sink runs great, there are no holes in my pipes and he's on his way to his next call. The gentleman who came was very polite and professional. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He also had booties to cover his shoes which I personally don't care about but I assume matters to a lot of people.

Diagnosed the problem over the phone on Saturday. Had a new water heater by 7:30 am Monday morning once the warehouse opened.

Replaced the flapper. Also rodded the toilet and found large amounts of calcium that attributed to the problem. No other plumber took the time to do this. Also, when he was running late, called to let us know. Will use again.

They did well. I would use them again.

Not much to write about. Our pump was making funny noises, so we decided to call and have a pro take a look. He mentioned several important things about the pump. One other plumber quoted us 30K to replace the ejector pump. Graham simply said to grease it and it should be fine. He was 100% correct. We will use them again in the future. They seem honest and simply want to correct your problems.

This is the third or fourth time I've had RJ Graham out to do work at my house. I've recommended them to friends and family as well. As always they were quick to come out, their prices were reasonable, and their employees very professional. Will definitely be using them again.

2 nice professional worker came in did what i paid the co. to do. they did a very good job clean up after job was completed. i have no complaints, and will call them again. I AM NOT SURE OF THE DATE THE JOB WAS PERFORMED, THANK YOU

Went very well the drain pipe was hard to get to, but was able to repair it w/o removing too much drywall. the water line repair is water tight-no leaks and the 2 outdoor spigots are also water tight -No leaks.

A 3 man crew showed up. 1st they located the sewer line and we decided where to dig. A two may crew dug the hole ~4 to 5 feet deep by 3 feet by 4 feet. This took about 3 hours. The 3rd man returned and they cut the sewer line then installed the connection and the pipe leading to the surface. They called and waited for the village inspector to come and approve the work. The inspector instructed them on how to fill the hole which they followed. Once the hole was filled they then rooted the roots out of the sewer line and gave a two year guarantee on the rooting job (they would root it again if the roots become a problem within 2 years). I would estimate they were here about 7 hours. The only minor complaint I would have is they filled the hole starting with the top soil leaving the heavy clay for the surface making it difficult to grow grass.

They are fantastic. I would definitely be using them again. It was great because they had actually quoted us one price and then they were like, "Oh well that was for the routing, but they ended up not having to do an extensive amount of that." So, they had decreased the price plus they gave us the Angie's List discount. So, very nice and fair and I would definitely use them again. I think overall the experience was great. They took care of everything. They didn't leave stuff. They took everything and put everything back. They did a fantastic job.

Plumber arrived on time with all the necessary equipment and supplies; explained installation procedure and how to use filters. Filters are used as well water is our primary source; filters are used to add chlorine.
