This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had with any service provider. Lets start with the communication process....you schedule an appointment and think they're coming out but they actually do not. They call you first and if you dont happen to answer your phone when they call you get a message stating "Oh, I see your not home so you'll have to reschedule" when in fact your actually are home, sitting there waiting for them all day.  Thats a first, Ive never scheduled a service appointment  before where they don't come if you don't answer your phone...usually they knock on your door to check if your home right? So that happened twice and four days went by before they finally came out to my home. So I call the direct number, finally reach someone and they tell me its my fault because I gave them my number instead of my wife's number who was the one at home waiting.
So now the service guy finally comes out, looks at the dishwasher for 5 minutes and says I need a new control board for $325 or I can spend another $600 on a new, good dishwasher...basically says the one I bought that's only two years old is cheap. So, I do some research...order the control board which was $110...put it in myself which took literally 10 minutes. so $325 for $110 part and ten minutes of labor....rip off.
I get the new board and put it in. To my own fault, I didn't know I had to program the board so I had to have them come back out. After another unsuccessful attempt because I didn't answer my phone, they cancelled and rescheduled without my knowledge for a day and time I never requested. So of coarse I call and reschedule and someone still calls me to come out on the wrong day I never even scheduled. Service guy finally comes out, reprograms my board which take another 10 mins and charges me another service fee.
Save yourself the hassle, time, money and choose another provider.

Mike was great, fast, and friendly. I will be calling them again when any of my appliances have issues.

Techs arrived punctually and fixed the problem quickly at a reasonable price.  They were professional and pleasant to work with.

They were professional.  They only did the work that needed to be done and they knew what to do.  They came at the scheduled time and the repair works.  I went with them because they were local.  I don’t think they over charged me.

Everything went fine. He was very nice. He was good. I like him. He was fast.

The service provider diagnosed the problem within five minutes. He promptly repaired the broken latch. He was in and out and my wash machine is running perfectly as it would not spin with a broken latch.

We called Appliance Xperts Inc. to fix our refrigerator  ,the temperature was not working properly, on Sunday June 29th. On Sunday they said we needed to empty and unplug the refrigerator so it could defrost. On Monday another repair man took most of our refrigerator apart and informed us that they would need to order a new part and he would be back to install it the next day. On Tuesday afternoon after not hearing from the company at 3:30 pm I called the boss and he informed me that they were not coming out today . One thing lead to another and it ended with him telling me that he would return my check for $300.00 and then he hung up on me. I called Angie's List on Tuesday and they sent me an email of people in appliances who got good reviews from that list we found Mike's Bremen Service Inc. who we called  late on Tuesday and they made it out the next day. On Wednesday he put our refrigerator back together and said that they would order the part we need and it would be in on Monday. On Monday a repair man came and installed the part and helped us put the shelf back in. He also showed us how to clean the coils in the back of the refrigerator.

First of all on when he came up on  Angie's List, it shows $10.00 discount for seniors also Angie give a $10.00 discount for using Angie List customers... they would not give both (false advertising)...when he came out and checked out the situation he said "might" need a new filter and that I could also use a new lock on the machine (which I did need)... he ordered both and came back on 06/27 with the filter and new lock which he installed.... I ran the dishwasher two days later and did have some water coming from under the machine but most of all the dishes still were not clean.... I called him back and he came out on Monday 06/30 and said the float was stuck and that was why the water came out (he did fix it) but did not have any solution as to why it was not cleaning the dishes....when he left I asked him what if the dishwasher still is not cleaning and he said he did not know any other reason why it would do that..... I do not feel for $150.00 I had my problem solved and probably bought a filter I did not need because the problem was not fixed.... very disappointed as this was my first experience with Angie's List... 

07/15/2014...SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD A COUPLE OF CALLS FROM THE OWNER who did work with me to resolve the problem... I feel because of this I would give them a second chance if I needed them again because they followed up on the situation, offered a couple of solutions and continued til I was satisfied...

They came out, identified the problem & were going to come out the next day to complete the work.  We had to call & cancel the next day's service call due to a medical emergency.  They worked with us very well in re-scheduling another visit to complete the work.

                             This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Very professional in every aspect. 

               

                              Two great people to work with and the price was great. And their expertize is A+ rated.
