Zero stars -- save your time and money and go elsewhere. tl;dr: 3 visits from a technician that didn't fix the problem and 3 unhonored promises that management would call to resolve the problem. Mike's Bremen is now part of Comfortmate and Comfortmate *will not* and *does not* stand behind their services. I had a malfunctioning refrigerator door and called for repairs. The technician diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board and ordered a replacement. The replacement was installed but the next day the problem recurred. I called and the technician diagnosed a separate circuit board was ordered and replaced. The problem was resolved for about a week and then recurred. When I called to report the problem was still occurring, I was told that the technician was no longer with the company and they couldn't help, despite written paperwork guaranteeing the work. I asked to speak to management and was told they would call back. Two days later I called again because management had not called back. I was told they would call. One week later, same. I was *promised* that management would call back. It has now been one month and I have not received any return phone calls. There may be worse ways to run a business but this is in the top 5.

With plenty of competitive HVAC service choices available, we followed the advice from 2 family referrals who were past customers and selected Mike’s Bremen Service over 3 others. And we were glad we did. One of our two central air conditioners failed completely. The other system components were marginal. Mike provided a professional, thorough evaluation and best recommendation for our home. In the middle of a July heat wave, Mike and crew removed and reinstalled new equipment, 2 ac’s, 2 furnaces, 2 humidifiers, all attachments and controls, all in one day! Efficient and neat, from start to finish, including timely scheduling and friendly assistance from the office! Expect a top quality job at a fair price. Mike delivers!

First I would highly recommend "Mike's Bremen Service" . I recently found myself needing a new Furnace and Air Conditioner and Mike and his crew came to my rescue! They were very "Professional" in all respects. They supplied me with a very Competitive Quote after our initial consultation, where I was given multiple options, each of which was explained in detail to allow me to make a educated decision. Mike was not a high pressure salesman at all. Mike and his crew performed the work exactly, when and for the price they quoted. They even followed up with us to be sure we were Happy afterwards!... I called the company and explained the situation and they said the owner would not be reachable until the next day and it was 3:50pm? This company must work on very large profit margins. I used them in the past and will not be using them again!!! Please give realistic price ranges on the phone and don't overcharge the small jobs!!!!

The price range that was quoted over the phone on the Dryer repair was a ball part estimate sight unseen of $120.00 to $150.00. Part prices can vary based on the make and model of the appliance. Our technician charged you $169.95 and gave you the $10.00-part discount without the coupon as a courtesy. That put the charge at $159.95. The part price you looked-up online did not include tax, shipping and handling. Also the parts from the Internet does not include the warranty that our Manufacturer Authorized Parts come with. I am sorry I was not in to take your call at 3:45pm as I was out of the office that day. I do know that my office staff who took the call explained to you that the tech can stop and not do the repair, but you wanted it completed. We did not receive any other calls from you after job was done, therefore I can only speculate that your Dryer is in good working order. Thank you for the opportunity to respond. Debbie Carrano"

really smooth. finished quicker than i thought they would. he checked to make sure furnace was working properly and took time to explain all functions. came with a new thermastat which was smaller than the old one, have wallpaper on wall and with smaller thermastat it was showing where wallpaper was missing. he went to truck and put a plate underneath thermastat to cover. been with mikes bremen for 30 years and always happy with his products and work,he stands behind his job.

Very smooth. I have been using this company for at least 10 years. Very professional. My system was over 25 years old and was needing replacement. I consulted with Mike and selected a suitable replacement system. They arrived in a few days in the morning and by early afternoon, it was completely installed. I've had it running for about 2 months now and no problems. They followed up with me a month after installation just to be sure everything was working properly. I never have to worry about the quality of the workmanship when I use them for repair service or new replacement. Price is always reasonable.

Lonnie was a pro, called with an ETA, when he was delayed on the previous job so he called again to give me an update. He was a true professional. Lonnie fixed the Maytag the same day and ordered a part for the Bosch. He called me a day later to set up appointment to install the part. We were 100% happy and glad to have had Lonnie as our technician. Yes we will use their service again.

The repairman was timely, and courteous on the first visit in which he diagnosed the problem and ordered a new control panel. When he came back and installed the panel he must not have tested it thoroughly. He left the oven on to "burn oil of the new heating element" which was OK. However, none of the other controls worked. When he came back to check the problem he found that he had not connected the main power ribbon tightly. After he reconnected the power ribbon it worked fine. He seemed like he was in too much of a hurry.

They were able to squeeze me in today between 1-3. The repairman showed up 40 mins prior to the timeframe given. He was very courteous and professional and was able to resolve my issue within 20 minutes of arriving. I was extremely satisfied with the services provider and will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone.

On a Saturday night, when we discovered water stains on our basement ceiling tile, we called Mike for the first time to come and figure out where the leak was coming from. He came immediately and found a pinhole in the water tube leading from the water pipe to the refrigerator which was causing water to collect on the floor under the refrigerator. He performed a temporary fix and came back the next day to fix it permanently. A real savior! We will definitely use him again when we have a plumbing issue.

Even though they had a full schedule, Mike and team were able to install the new unit in two days by working on Sunday morning. Mike’s Bremen provides quality and honest service. Most importantly they went out of their way to provide service quickly when we needed it most. Our new central air has been working great. We will continue to rely on Mike's Bremen Service

Came out, diagnosed problem gave cost to repair. As this was an older machine and cost to repair was almost he cost of a new machine I opted to replace the machine. Paid the diagnostic fee which was reasonable. Subsequently bough new machine.
