Cost to diagnose was $89 which is reasonable. However, cost to replace thermocouple is $151. This is much more than I have paid in the past with another company. In my experience, replacing a thermocouple costs about $15 - $20.

During one of the those below zero evenings, our furnace blower would not turn off and the heat itself would not turn on. I called 24/7 and within 5 minutes a service technician called me back, while driving to another location. He told me what to do, step by step, and in another 10 minutes, the furnace was working properly again. We were then able to schedule an appointment instead of paying extra money for an emergency service call, saving us lots of money. The service technician then told us some good new and bad news about our furnace, and we are grateful for his expertise. We look forward to having Ryan come out and clean our furnace annually and know that we will be getting the best in the industry!

No issues. Everything was ok before and is still ok now. Tech was friendly and professional with good communication skills. The annual maintenance plan is pushed a lot (AC and furnace checkup every year). Seems like a money maker for them but maybe it is just needed.

They usually did a very good job but there seems to be a bit of turnover there. One tech had turned off the gas to our furnace during some work in the summer and forgot to turn it back on, so when winter arrived, our furnace didn't work. the old tech was not working there anymore and a new tech came out and saw the gas was turned off and charged us a service call. We said that the old tech must have done that, because we did not. They new boss argued about it and basically called me a liar, but they did wipe out the charge, but we will not use them again.

We never had any problems with Aero Forze after the initial install. I would recommend them, but they merged with another company.

they showed up on time. The workers were very curteous. If your in the situation you have to replace your furnace and central air, I honestly couldnt recomend a better company to spend your money with. They are very dependable. We will deffinatey use them again. they took out the old furnace and put a new one in and installed a new central air unit.

We asked Aero Forze to inspect our 23 year old furance. We were not surprised to learn that the furnace had serious problems. The Aero Forze technician advised that a portion of the furance was on the verge of cracking and could become a carbon monoxide risk. He recommended having the entire furnace replaced. Aero Forze sent someone out to give us an estimate on a new furnace at 8:00 p.m. that night (a Friday no less). He was terrific and worked with my husband and me to find a replacement in our price range. Then Aero Forze replaced the furnace on a Sunday so that my husband and I would not have to miss work. And they didn't charge extra for coming out on a Sunday. The company is just great. I recommend Aero Forze highly.

On a hot, steamy Sunday evening a repairman from Aero Freez arrived at our home, knowing we had benn without AC for several hours. His first thought was to sell us a furnace "checkup" special for $289. He explained we could call the company at a later date to schedule the cleaning because checkups were not done "after hours." Had we agreed to this special we would have saved 10% on his bill that evening.
We were not anticipating that a sales pitch like this would be the beginning of our repair. Needless to say we did not "bite" and will never use this company again.

We had a carbon monoxide scare overnight and were sure we would have to keep the furnace off for days while we waited for a company to come and check it out. I checked Angie's List to find a company that came with good reviews and was happy to have discovered Aero Forze based in Lake in the Hills. My last experience with an HVAC company was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. However, I am SOOOOO HAPPY I checked Angie's List and found Aero Forze!!!!! We called their number at 2am, thinking we would get a recording with their office hours. Instead we got an answering service who took a message and said that someone would call us back first thing in the morning...which was exactly what happened! We were given a 2 hour window...from 10-12noon...and he showed up about 11. He patiently explained all the details to myself and my husband and was friendly and professional. I felt completely safe having this tech in my home...I believe his name was Bob. He spent a couple hours searching for any issues in our system...but did not find any and determined that it must have been a faulty sensor...which we determined it was. We are very happy with how thorough he was. We need to have our ducts cleaned, and now I know who we will be calling! After speaking to the tech in our home and someone in their office over the phone, I am happy to say that we never have to look for another HVAC company. Aero Froze understands GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...and I am a huge fan of great customer service!!! The price was right...especially for the amount of time he spent with us!

We had Aero Froze Heating and Cooling quote a new condenser for our air conditioning system this past summer. We decided not to have any work done partly because we couldn't justify the cost of a new condenser without spending more money to replace the furnace and blower. The sales person left us with a quote for a new high efficiency condenser and furnace. During furnace maintenance this past September the technician found a crack in the furnace heat exchanger. He shut down the furnace and said we could turn it back on if we wished. We declined. My wife and I decided to call the two HVAC companies who quoted replacing the condenser this past summer. Aero Froze gave us the most competitive quote. They replaced the whole system today starting at 10:00AM and finishing at 6:30PM. Their service people were polite, and thorough. Their workman ship was outstanding. Even though the furnace room is very small they still managed to put a new one in with no problems. They put new gas valves on the furnace and water heater much to my surprise (a good thing to see). And they cleaned up the copper water pipes going to the water heater which were corroding due to my negligence of not cleaning up a solder pipe joint properly. They picked up all their tools and hauled the old furnace, and condenser away. They cleaned up all the mess from the family room (which is where the furnace room is located). They answered all our questions and trained us on how to program the thermostat. They showed us how to change the filter for the furnace and humidifier. I was pleased to see the furnace filter is now accessible without having to remove panels.

This is one of the few companies in HV/AC field who are honest, reliable and have customer-first attitude. They have quality people who know what they are doing. Their experience shows and are ready to answer questions. They do not nickel and dime and have positive attitude. They take pride in work and help/ praise each other as well. They are simply the best and we hope they stay that way.

Salesperson was prompt, clean and explained items thoroughly. Helpful in my decision making process for model selection. Workers were courteous, scheduled at my convenience in a timely fashion. The salesperson came back during the day of installation to check on the workers and with me to be sure everything was going fine. Very responsive and timely service. Technician readjusted the humidifier and charged the minimum for doing so. He cleaned and serviced the furnace and then suggested we consider an annual service to do so, which saved us money on the current service call. Overall, we are very pleased with the service.

They pay attention to detail, and they also use top quality materials. They were excellent, I was really pleased with them. They came on time and were there all day. Before they left and after they finished all their work, they also asked if I had any questions and explained things to me really well. There was a crew of three and the head crew guy was extremely knowledgeable, so I felt very confident with them. They were also very personable, and I'd say it was a very positive experience.

The work was done efficiently and cleanly. A crew of three arrived exactly on time (7:00 AM), and worked quickly. They had drop cloths all around, and work shoe coverings. They all seemed very knowledgeable and had many years of experience between them. Ron Magrini (the company president) checked on the work several times during the day. Even two factory reps from American Standard came by to check on the work and insure it was installed correctly. They are to come back when the heating season begins to set the furnace and install the humidifier. They finished the work by 4:00 PM. Earlier in the day, they had a scrap collector take the old units away. The price was a bit higher than some other estimates, but the equipment installed is very high quality.

PRE INSTALLATION, THIS COMPANY TOOK THE TIME & EFFORT TO COMPLETELY EXPLAIN ALL THE OPTIONS AND VARIATIONS INCLUDED IN THE PROJECT. THEY THEN WERE VERY PROMPT, EFFICIENT. THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESS AND COMPLETED THE WORK ON TIME.
