Anna was very responsive and set up an appointment to meet with me to discuss my home and pricing immediately and then sent the cleaning crew the following Monday. The cleaning was good, just one issue, but when I mentioned it to Anna she said she would change it for next time. She is very open and accommodating.

I have used other cleaning services and not been very happy. Sparkle Home is very professional, thorough, and detailed in their cleaning. Anna is very pleasant to work with and does a fantastic job. It is hard to get a 5 with me, but Anna and Sparkle Home earned their 5!

It's hard to get a 5 with me, however Anna was so quick to call me once I entered my information on this site. She gave an fair estimate and came by my house to introduce herself. I have only used her once, however she is set to come back in 3 weeks. The cleaning was almost perfect! I am ""OCD" so hard to get a 5 with that, but I will continue using her service for as long as she continues to provide the outstanding service she has so far.

We had our home deep cleaned. The Sparkle Home team did an incredibly thorough job. They addressed details that exceeded expectations. Communication was prompt and professional. Anna explained in detail what would be accomplished and tactfully made excellent recommendations. We hope to have Sparkle Home/Anna clean our home on a regular basis!

My neighbors (we're all empty nesters) do not pay as much for their service but our service does much more cleaning than theirs, so it is a better value. Anna and her team try to get all the details and she checks on how we feel the team is doing.
