I started using Schopen in March.  They came out again in April, July and October.  Initially, provider inspected the inside and outside of the house, filled in potential entry ways outside with spray foam, set bait traps and gave a thorough explanation of the process. On today's follow-up visit, Eric checked bait traps, inspected the outside and filled in a gap in the foundation.  I was very impressed with Eric.  He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.  Eric informed me since the activity has decreased, I can schedule inspections maybe twice a year, instead of quarterly.  I would highly recommend Schopen.  They care about the customer, which is hard to find sometimes.  Thank you Eric, you're the best :-)

It went very well. First, the provider was able to come over within an hour after I initially called. He was polite and friendly during our conversations. What really impressed me was that his program for eradicating mice included two follow-up visits after the first one. The prices were reasonable. He explained that it would take 24-48 hours for the mice to succumb to the bait, and although I did notice some activity within the first 24 hours, after that everything was quiet. I was very pleased with the work and would recommend this provider to other potential customers. I will definitely call him back should I have a problem with pests in the future. This is one happy customer!

Peter was very professional and responded to my phone calls without any delay. He was very knowledgeable about pest control in general and offered several different options for us to prevent mice from entering our home. While we don't currently have an issue with mice, we were looking for preventative steps to take since our home is near cornfields. Peter took the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly inspected the house. Cost was very reasonable and never pressured us to accept the maintenance program his company offers. He also used a spray to combat the yellow jacket issue and offered to come back at any point free of charge if the issue persisted. Would recommend this company to neighbors and friends.

First treatment in early June was excellent.  We didn't see one nest for several weeks anywhere.  Previously I was using signficant amounts of spectracide to keep it under control.  Second treatment was good, but one nest was missed under our deck top rail.  I almost stuck my hand into while working on a new screened in porch.  They came up promptly, but did not re-treat under the top rail.  Possibly because I already shot it with spectracide and removed myself.  I wouldn't read too much into this though.  They do a very thorough job and are much less expensive than Batzner. 

Another service provided doing unrelated work noted there was potentially mice and wasp/bee infestations in the attic and siding of our recently purchased home.  Schopen was able to provide services quickly, they were though and provided detailed information on the processes.  I was especially concerned about any chemicals given I was 9 months pregnant at the time and have a 2 year old.  They clearly error on the side of caution and were happy to go into detail on the process.

They do a very good job.

They are good in explaining the problem.  They take the time to help you understand the issue.  They go out of their way to see if there are any other problems that you might not be aware of.  They have a great attitude.  We are glad that we chose them.
