They arrived an hour late without notification. They discovered that not only was the drain clogged but the drain pipe leading under the sink was cracked and leaking. They didn't have the piece with them so had to come back on a different day. Don't understand why that basic piece would not be on their truck. Both times the main plumber showed up with trainees. The first time they were a bit messy. The second time the trainee was trying to tell the expert he knew what he was doing and felt his efforts were being wasted on him. Very unprofessional. I also found that it seemed like they weren't prepared. They kept returning to the truck for tools and didn't have a flashlight Piero was very pleasant and explained everything. I actually think he might have been a bit too friendly and talkative. Everything is fixed and running smoothly but it wasn't cheap.

Mr. Rooter did good job. You might want to have a clear communication for Mr. Rooter and you before they come to you for service.

I had removed the broken pipes which was the hardest part of the job, the material costs were under $10.00 and the actual work was to be less than an hour with an estimate of about $500. I told them NO! The technician called the office and they agreed to do it for a more reasonable amount. If I was not in a hurry to get this fixed I would have continued to find a more reasonable price. The technician did a very good job and I have no complaints with him but the contractors pricing was extremely high for the amount of time and cost of material.

Jeff was prompt, professional, and friendly. Did a thorough job, but did not try to oversell. Will definitely use Jeff and Mr. Rooter again as needed.

We had a kitchen sink leak and the repairman located and fixed the problem right away. Very kind and professional. Would recommend their services.

My only comment was that it took a while to get the parts from Kohler to fix the sink stopper and the hand held shower. The work and workers were great. The owner made two trips to be sure the work was done and in fact he finished the job and reduced the price because of the delay. I am very satisfied and would use Mr Rooter again and highly recommend him in the future.
