They were prompt, professional, and affordable. They were also really flexible with the scheduling of the appointment which made it go much smoother, given that this was for our rental property and we had to meet them. I will definitely use them again!

This was a holiday water heater install on Memorial Day so the higher cost was expected. The tech was on time, knowledgeable and personable. Work was done quickly. The product was higher end. Very happy with it. The part I don't like is that the person on the phone made it seem that this cost covered everything such as cutting and adding pipe etc. But the tech told me it did not include an expansion tank which would be extra BUT he didn't have one on the truck. This is something I would consider being part of the install. So now I must take time to source the tank and install it myself. Disapointed in this. Not mentioned in initial phone call.

We had leakage coming from our upstairs toilet to our basement. Nothing major but definitely needing to get fixed ASAP. They were extremely nice and helpful over the phone and had someone out within 45 minutes to inspect the situation. It was actually the owner - Jeff- and he was so helpful and communicated all the problems through the entire fix. He had to come back a few hours later but showed up even earlier than he expected! :) He checked out multiple things that didn't even pertain to the original problem and gave us some great tips with some potential plumbing issues we might have in the future as well as general water tips with having city water in our area and a septic system. I would recommend Jeff and his crew to anyone looking for a great and honest plumber in this area!
