Great service! Mr Rooter was at our house within a few hours to help us figure out a demanding plumbing issue. What we liked about the service is how he educated us before doing any work. Cost was much less than we expected. Two thumbs up for Mr. Rooter. You won't be sorry.

Jeff was able to assist me with service in less than 3 hours from the time I placed my call with him. He gave me an estimate and recommended the best products that were not costly. I will definitely use him in the future & recommend him on my other properties I manage!

Jeff was very helpful. When I called him late on Sunday night he gave me a work a round to keep my existing sump pump working even though the mercury switch was defective. I would recommend Jeff, and will use him in the future.

I am extremely satisfied with the work performed by Mr. Rooter. This guy was probably the most honest and pleasant subcontractor I have ever hired. I had called another service initially, and they took a quick look, and told me there was really nothing he could do and that I needed a new unit which he was going to charge me an outrageous amount for! I decided to get another opinion and boy, am I glad I did! My water heater pilot light would not ignite. This man from Mr. Rooter evaluated the problem in depth, and then took time to explain my options. I chose an option that I was aware may not work but was willing to take the chance. He spent at least an hour working on the problem, was able to fix the issue and charged me less than I expected; his rates were more than reasonable! I told him he is now my go to person for all things plumbing related and I would recommend him to anyone needing this service! One of the good ones out there!! 5 stars!

Came out and helped find a roof issue from a flashing situation, not plumbing- but really helped out!

Jeff was very considerate of my need to keep my house clean while he did his work. He came with a door mat and booties to put over his shoes. He adjusted his work schedule to meet our needs. He answered our questions so we were confident he was providing us with a high quality product that would best meet our needs.

He arrived at my home exactly on time. He was polite, completed this hard job professionally and the price is less than what other companies i called from yellow books. If I have other plumber job, I will call him first. So I recommend strongly to my friends.

Jeff Fredt was very honest and professional from the beginning to the end of the project. He also was more competitive than his competition and offered more for the money, including a drain pan to be installed under the water heater with a pipe to the floor drainage. He took great care of my home to prevent wall or hard wood floor damage as he and his staff removed the old water heater. I would freely recommend Jeff to friends and family.
