Adam did not clean up the mess. Equipment was not installed properly according to the installation manual! I seriously question his level of knowledge.

Very expensive $60 part 20-30 installation tops $310. I could have refused but I needed it fixed. $310-$60=$250 at that rate it comes out to over $500 an hour. If it happens again I will let it drip

Left the faucets running for hours and almost flooded my bathroom. Then they turned the softener system valves the wrong way and ruined the system costing over 600 dollars in damages. No response at all from company.
