i want to share a very positive experience where we could have been charged for unnecessary service calls and installation of an un-needed new well pump but were not. Upon the recommendation of an honest plumbing company, who also gave a phone recommendation rather than charging for an unnecessary service call, I called DuPage Well and Pump to come out and check our well pump to see if it neede to be replaced because we had very minimal water pressure. The service technician, rather than blindly scheduling a service call, asked me several questions about our symptoms and the water conditioners we had hooked up to our system... Because I'm not too familiar with our system (we only moved in 8 months ago and had never had a well and septic system) I asked if I could text him a picture of our system and he said that would be great. So I quickly took a picture and sent it to him and he called me back within a few minutes. In looking at the picture he said our problem was most likely our older iron filter system that we had and suggested we call the company who maintained that system to have it looked at. Wow.... He took the time to discuss the problem, review our system, and provided a solution at no charge! AND he was absolutely 100% correct about what was causing our water pressure issue (which was corrected within 2 days by the water conditioning company we use... Johnson Water Conditioner... Which is another review I will be writing.). I would highly recommend this company, and will definitely be calling them when we do need our well pump serviced and or replaced. Thank you DuPpage Well and Pump for solving our water pressure issue!!!!

They let me know that nothing immediate needed to be done, but maybe in the future since the well is older. They didn't try to sell me anything.

They had to work under the driveway and did a very good job.

Initial phone conversation was helpful and relieved me of any genuine sense of urgency in the work to be performed. Work performed to satisfaction.

THEIR SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE PROMPT AND FRIENDLY.

EVERYTHING WORKED OUT REALLY WELL. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT BECAUSE OF THE VOLUME OF JOBS THEY ACCEPTED, THE TEAM ARRIVED CLOSER TO 5PM, RATHER THAN THE PROMISED 2PM. BUT THEY WORKED EXTREMELY QUICKLY AND WE WERE VERY, VERY HAPPY TO HAVE THE WATER BACK.
