Arty & helper-called, came on time, reviewed work & completed task.

We called on Saturday night when our sewer backed up.  They promised to send someone as soon as the the tech finished the job he was on.  We later decided to wait until Sunday morning instead of having them out at 11pm.  Also, it saved us money on the cost of the service call.  Ryan called early Sunday morning to ask if it was ok to come a little earlier than planned.  Of course it was!  They spent time listening to what problem we were having and thoroughly investigated the problem.  After clearing the line, they took a video to find the problem.  When it was discovered that the problem was located where our line meets the main sewer line, they advised us to call the city the next day to have them investigate on their end.  They were so honest.  They will definitely be our go-to plumber in the future.

They are very punctual. The service did cost quite a bit of money and I believe they might also charge for travel.

I have used this company for 4 years or so and have always been very pleased. In general I usually use TJ and find him to be very talented and skilled. I think you could find a cheaper plumber but I firmly believe you get what you are paying for.Their work is excellent and done right the first time. In the four years I have used them only once did I call the next day to ask them to re-check a noise in the faucet. TJ rightly used the conservative approach, then was out the next day with a new part and the problem was solved. 
I have had one or two times where I needed emergency service and the company was very fast to respond. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

Artis the plumber's apprentice was on time and very professional from beginning to end. Drain is open for the present.

Ron arrived on time and talked me through the procedure. They worked quickly and politely.

Had a leak under the kitchen sink.  Called made an appointment the same day and they were very friendly/professional.  Nathan called before he left his previous appointment and arrived on time.  The quote was for 425, but because I am an Angies List member they took off 10%.  
I gave a B for price because I felt it was a bit high but then again I have no clue how much copper piping cost etc.  Nathan was extremely knowledgeable and professional.  Cleaned up the area perfectly.  
I would probably reach out to them again but will try other providers solely based on the price of this experience.  But they finished the job and all went well.

In trying to fix a leaky faucet I realized I was in over my head. The faucet was old, didn't look like any of the diagrams on the Internet I found, and started falling apart even more as I worked on it. I had to turn off the house water because the valves under the sink didn't work, anymore, either.
I called up Morning Noon and Night and TJ said he'd have somebody call me back within about an hour as they were close by. Artie called me in about an hour and said he was on his way. He got to my house in 15 minutes.
He gave me an estimate of $701 to install new valves and faucet. I thought it was high, but I was in no mood to haggle or let him leave and have no water in the whole house. As it turned out the job was much more difficult than either of us thought and I ended up thinking the price was about right.
Not only were the faucet and valves shot, the connections underneath the faucet were corroded so badly Artie ended up having to cut them off with a saw, and the previous homeowner had applied some sort of caulk to the base of the faucet that needed to be scraped off before the new faucet would be able to sit correctly on the sink.
Artie was very patient and professional. I think it all took about two and half hours, he cleaned everything up, and my wife and I are very pleased with the new faucet. When I mentioned Angie's List he took off the cost of the service call and I ended up paying $652 instead of the original estimate.

We are very satisfied with the work performed; he also explained quite a bit about the plumbing in the house that we just bought.

They did what they said they would, and they did it when promised.  Coodinated permits and inspection; eveything went smoothly.  I won't know until the next "significant rain event" whether the check valve solves the poblem it was intended to solve, but for now I highly recommend these plumbers!

As usual, the service was marvelous! First, I would like to say kudos to Chris. She is so professional, so calming, and she puts you at ease before you can even go into the problem that you're calling about. I know that whatever I'm going to tell her will be taken care of. My second thank you goes to Nathan, who was the technician. I really appreciated the way he explained the images we were seeing on the camera and the time he took to do that. He also explained it in a way that I could understand from a non-technician perspective, which I also appreciated. He also left me with a very good suggestion to keep an eye on what's going on so we can, in the future, set up maintenance schedule.

The emergency service call fee was reasonable.  We had a flood the water heater stopped working.  They checked the pilot light in my water heater.  He checked to make sure the pilot light was the only problem.  This is my 3rd time using this company.  The second time I had used them they actually checked the work they did the first time they came out to make sure it was ok, and it was.  I didn't even have to ask.    He explained to me, step by step, how I could re-light the pilot.  He also took the time to not only give me an estimate for a new hot water heater but he actually explained what pipes would need to be cut and why.  We also checked the front of the house in the basement and I didn't know that you need to have your sewer lines routed every year.  He explained to me what that would entail and gave me an estimate for that as well.  When I made the emergency call I received a call back letting me know that it became early evening.  When it became early evening I received another call confirming that I needed service still and also a heads up of his ETA.  They were very considerate and informative.  I am going to use them again to examine my sewer line and maybe rout it out. 

It was expensive, but we haven't had any problems since. They had to do a lot of work. They were very reliable and came when they said they would. I liked the fact they were thorough and neat and cleaned up after themselves.

The guys are great. I had them come out and the price was right. The work was fantastic. They've recently won your Super Service award and they are A+ Better Business Bureau Company. I know the guy, but business is business and their service is great. They were very clean. They were tidy. They replanted grass in the area that they dug up. They took the time to leave the dirt mount a little bit higher, so it would settle properly over six months. The guys know what they are doing. They were done in a day. Overall that was a great experience. I've recommended them to other friends and family members and they said the same thing, that they are clean and tidy, and their work is great. I've never had an issue with them. They came in and did a hot water heater for me as well. And he had not only repaired the work that the guy did wrong, but he was able to continue with the job and make sure that everything works great. So that was another job that he did for us. That was the same thing. Everything was clean. Everything worked right away. They got it done when they said they were going to get it done. The pricing was fair. I paid a little bit more to have them do it. I was basically buying security in the job. I would rather pay a little bit more, knowing that I'm going to get what I pay for and not paying up and have to deal with the problem later. These guys put the booties on their feet when they came in the house. It was late at night when they had to do the work, because the hot water blew. Everything that they did was great. Usually you think plumbers are swearing and smoking, but they really just exceeded all my expectations of a plumbing company.

Fine. Nathan came out Saturday, I called Friday and said it was not major emergency. Repaired the leaks. Very friendly, nice guy. Had to come back Monday for another leak in the same spot and took care of it – no extra charge.

They did unclog it and used one of the tools that looks like a snake.  Was giving an estimate that it would cost between $200-$425. They quickly wanted to charge me $750 since my toilet and tank were connected by a separate 2" pipe - it is the style of it.  It was not any different or more difficult than disconnecting a p-trap and reconnecting it.  Apparently, this qualifies for and additional $325. Ridiculous!!!  On top of everything, they invoked a leak with my tank's flush valve gasket and decide that this qualifies for an additional $245 and would not make an attempt to repair what naturally should be included in the $650 price since they agitated. They apparently did not have a common Korky valve gasket and had to demonstrate a big production about the rarity of it.  LOL. So, in short they left me with a leaking tank that made the toilet inoperable and did not clean up very well.  My wife had to scrub the the area clean for over an hour that was left with remnants of human waste/particles and things that can lead to e.coli.  I have two little kids that puts us at even more danger.  Luckly for me, I am very mechanically inclined and managed to re-seat the flush valve gasket and the tank leaking problem is solved.  The flush valve gasket was not defective.   It was agitated and loosened when the removed the tank and toilet pipe.  Very simple fix yet they wanted to charge me $245 to fix.   These guys are out to take as much as they can from you, especially when you are vulnerable and in a situation.  My recommendation is to look else where the price is fair and they value their integrity and credibility.  I had another estimate from another outfit that is highly regarded on Angie's list and they were going to charge me only $500 max for everything since it would have to happen after hours.   This included 1.5 labor rate and I explained the toilet as well.  The only reason I selected this outfit is because they were prompt and at my house in less than 2hrs, and because their price seemed fair over the phone.
