Our technician, Chris, was thorough in his inspection. He explained everything that would be needed to be done to have our fireplace in good working order. Chris and his assistant Nick were very efficient, professional and left the inside of our home neat around the fireplace. We were very pleased with their work ethic. We will definitely use Superior Chimney again.

Anthony and his crew did such an awesome job!! He is truly skilled and detailed at what he does. They did a great job cleaning up when they were done too. Communication was perfect every step of the way from the office and thru Anthony. It was a 3 month wait to get the work done because they were loaded with jobs to do (they were up front about that when we got the original quote), but they are worth the wait. They made a 30 year old chimney look completely like new!! We’re very happy with everything! Thanks!!

If I could give an A++ I would. Superior Chimney is indeed that. Had the estimate quoted back in June and at the time, the work was scheduled for November but got a call saying they had a cancellation and would I be amenable to having the work moved up to this week. When Marcio and Nick arrived the first day, Marcio took a look at the brick my wife and I selected and suggested a better color match that what we had picked out ourselves. He said "my name's on the project" and he felt that the color we picked would contrast too much with the existing painted brick. He drove to the brickyard a few miles away, picked up the new brick, and returned the others. He was right! The color he picked out matches much better. I greatly appreciated a craftsman who takes pride in his work. It was very hot for the two days they worked but everything looks great. They took care not to damage the landscaping around the chimney and thoroughly cleaned up after they finished. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

the technician literally spent 3 minutes doing the work, all from outside, did not inspect or clean from the inside (behind dryer/remove flex vent), and still charged $125. Also, the technician did not wear a mask or gloves in house in the middle of COVID-19

The people from Concrete Chimney came promptly, the work was scheduled and done on the day scheduled. They were very professional and explained exactly what needed doing and shared pictures of the chimney before and after.

The chimney crown was sealed and a new rain/snow cap was placed.

We called Superior Chimney to clean and inspect our chimney and gas fireplace and clean our dryer vent. Technicians Patrick & Lou called when they were on their way and arrived right on time. They were very friendly and explained in great detail what they would be doing. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very respectful of our home, wearing boot covers each time they came into the house. When they were finished, they explained the results and showed us before and after pictures. We were very pleased with their service and wouldn't hesitate to call Superior again.

Superior Chimney was very responsive and helpful. This was our first time getting the chimney inspected in our new home, and the technicians were helpful and honest. They took photos and provided a detailed report, and didn't try to upsell us on any products. They cleaned the interior of the chimney, and used tarps to avoid getting anything dirty. The price was very fair and reasonable. Highly recommended! We will certainly be calling Superior again next year for the annual inspection.

The visit went great! They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain their process both during the inspection and reviewed at the end of the visit. They fixed the issue quickly and provided several options to help prevent the issue from reoccurring. Finally they noticed other safety concerns and fixed those as well. Great company and I highly recommend them!
