Description of Work: I received a call in the morning to note their expected arrival. Their prior appointment went long and I received a courtesy call to note they would arrive after my expected window. I was asked if that was okay. I appreciated the update so that I could adjust my plans. I received a call prior to them arriving which was even earlier than expected. They laid tarps and moved furniture as needed. They were very clean and quick. They inspected the chimney and provided quotes for some additional work. They were not pushy about the additional work and explained why the work was needed. We did enlist some of the additional work and they were done very quickly. Very nice and professional and I would use them again!

Description of Work: Superior Chimney performed basic cleaning / chimney sweep services and also inspected the entire chimney system. They recommended installing a heat shield due to some cracking in the wall of the firebox, which we purchased. They also repaired the chimney up on the roof, and recommended installation of a different gas lighter / ignition system, which we purchased. Their serviceman was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything he was inspecting and recommending. He took pictures and showed them to us of the whole system. Overall this was a very professional and customer friendly service experience and we will use them again.
