We used Rose 2 years ago. This past year we went with a much cheaper company, but the treatments were much less effective. We will return to Rose next year.

The first application was done inside and out and resulted in damage to the hardwood floor in several rooms from their chemicals. I called and they did nothing to remedy it. The following 2 applications I switched to outside perimeter only. On the fourth application of this year they were to come out August 12. They send a card ahead of time. I was pet sitting for a friend and I was horrified to come home on August 5 to see the decided on their own to do the application early when I still had the pet in the basement. I called very upset anc basically received a voicemail response indicating I had no special instructions on file. I did not realize adhereing to your own schedule is a special instruction. Poor professionalism and zero accountability.

I've used them before to get rid of mice. They just did everything. They were nice. It was $150 for the nest killing and $75 for the mice. You can get on a bi-annual where they come out twice a year. I will always use these guys, they are great.

I had been trying to catch these to mice for about 6 months and I couldn’t even catch them on my security camera. They were on my front porch, and I would watch every night on my camera trying to catch them by mouse trap, and I couldn’t do it. They’re guy came in and he got them both. I’ve got to give them an A for the quality of work. You do have to wait on them. You can’t call them and ask them to come over, you’ve got to wait, but maybe that’s how it is in their industry. They always put me on their calendar whenever I call. I’m getting ready to call them for ants in the back yard. They’re always right on time.

Technician was sent promptly and treated area, but told me to call after a week if any were seen still living in the hill. He did have to return for a second visit...now I need to check again after another week, but didn't spot any crawling the last time I looked. Hope this takes care of them!!

I was called within minutes of putting in an online request. They came in 2 days. The technician was kind, and explained everything. He also mentioned that he has worked for the company for some time, and that when it's time for my service again in a couple months, he will be the tech will come. I saw a few ants about a month after the first visit, so I called, and they came back out free of charge. It was indeed the same tech, and he also told me of an easy fix to one of my windows that will discourage more ants from getting in. I'm happy to have them service my home.
