"[Member name removed], we are very sorry for the issues that arose while scheduling this coupon. It had been purchased using Angie's List concierge and we were given the previous address that was on file. Our cleaner Joanna went to that address on the scheduled day and it was then that we realized your current residence is out of outside our service area. We worked our best to get the coupon rescheduled for the following day even though Angie's List should not have scheduled it. We knew it would be very difficult for you to find a cleaner out there on such short notice, so we worked to get a cleaner out to you on a Saturday, though we don't normally operate over the weekend. We apologize for the rescheduling, but we had been working with the information we'd been provided. We have since been checking with customers to make sure we have the correct address and not what's on file with Angie's List. We'd like to apologize for coming off as unprofessional and wish you the best of luck finding a service provider in your area for future cleanings."

Amazing. They booked the appointment for the very next day. They were here for 4 hours and the house sparkles! Bathrooms are awesome, carpets are vacuumed ever my stairs, kitchen is awesome. I'm 100% satisfied.

The cleaner's name was Claudia and she was very pleasant. She was 15 minutes late however, but I understand that can happen. I gave her a quick tour of the house because the clock was ticking. I told her what the most important things were, what rooms could be overlooked, and what else I would like done. I left the house to give her space. I came back later on and she told me she was done (45 minutes before the 4 hours was up). I was surprised, but I figured ok...if she's done, I'm not going to make her stay. I was a little disappointed in her thoroughness. She skipped the foyer completely and didn't wash the bathroom floors. However, the kitchen looked great and my shower looked great too. So overall, for $99 I'd say it's a good value. Would I like a little more care taken next time and to get the full 4 hours I paid for? Yes. I spoke with Ericka and gave her this feedback. Again, she was very pleasant and easy to deal with and so I will hire them again.
It was horrible a complete waste of time and the company lied to both Angie's List and to me. I called and asked if I could use this for a move in to a new house, the guy from Angie's List contacted the company and they said yes no problem. I bought the deal only to be told that no one called, which was later found out that the call was made. And that they did not service my area of Dupage county, when they have it listed that they serve all of Dupage county. Don't waste your time with this company they are a joke.
Jennifer from Angie's list contacted me since when I called all of the phone call's are recorded. Prior to me purchasing the deal Angie's list DID contact them and asked about a move in and they stated that they would honor it. The response from Clean Time is a lie, Jennifer did confirm that Angies list contacted them and they did state they would do the work. Another lie was the time frame, we never spoke about when the cleaning would be done, they said they didn't cover my area, I live in Dupage county and they couldn't cover my area. I have Jennifer's contact info from Angie's list and will be more than happy to give that to anyone so they can see that Clean Time is lying
"Angie's List emailed us to say a potential customer was interested in scheduling and provided us with his information. That was the first contact we had with Angie's List regarding this matter. We reached out to the customer via email to get more information about the job and Timothy called the office. He said Angie's List said they'd spoken with us and confirmed the cleaning, but that was not the case. Had we been contacted ahead of time, we would not have agreed to honor a coupon for this type of cleaning. Both our 4 Hour Standard Clean and 10 Hour Deep Clean are not to be used for Move-In, Move-Out or Post-Construction cleanings, and this is stated in the fine print on the website; however, since Timothy worked with Angie's List to purchase the coupon, we believe that he did not see this and that is where the breakdown in communication arose. We know for a fact that no one from Clean Time spoke with Angie's List about this coupon transaction prior to it being purchased because the Owner was out giving quotes that day and the Executive Assistant had been out for the majority of the day. Those are the only 2 people who answer calls pertaining to Clean Time and neither were in the office to take calls. We believe Angie's List may have spoken with other companies that day and mixed up our information with another, but that is purely speculation. Though we would not have allowed the coupon to be used for this type of cleaning, we did try to work with the customer to schedule; however, we did not have any cleaners available for the time frame in which he was interested."
