Budget paving did a great job replacing my old drive way. John has many years in the industry and knows how to get the job done. Be honest with him and he will be honest with you on the job. His crew was on time, they were nice and everyone cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend for any size job. Go with Budget and you will be pleased with the end result.

JR was great to work with, very responsive and able to work around our schedule. Our business is open 7 days a week and JR was able to schedule his crew to work on a holiday weekend just for us. They sealed the cracks in our parking lot, repaired some sunken manholes, sealed and re-lined everything. I plan to call JR the next time our parking lot needs attention.

Great from the start. JR was very clear on price and time frame. He is a very straight forward individual that answered all my questions throughout the project. The project consisted of removing the 4 layers of 73 year old asphalt, re-leveling the whole lot and adding new asphalt with striping. You can drive by the parking lot of Hamburger Heaven Elmhurst to see the work done. It was excellent. Thank you JR @budgetpaving.

JR and his crew at Budget Paving excavated a sink hole in our parking lot on Sunday and filled the area with gravel to about a foot below grade then poured concrete to bring the area to grade. This sink hole was a unique challenge that JR was able to solve in real time and at a (very) reasonable cost. Highly recommended

Thank you for taking on my small project. I had a hole in the entryway of our parking lot. John quoted it off of a photo I sent. I expected the patch to be larger but that was not possible given the surface surrounding the hole. John was great about reducing the price by $150 & returning the check I had made out when picking up a new check. I was still surprised by the price but the bottom line was that I needed the job done & nobody else was interested in such a small project. I will reach out for a bid from John when we are ready for a total resurfacing project.

We're in a condominium complex in Lisle and had some issues arise at the same time as our asphalt removal and replace was about to start. John is very considerate really helped us out by waiting , after he tore out for our water main to be fixed and came back afterwards to continue Paving. I ended up getting 6 estimates prior to, was not the cheapest but being Within $2,000 on this huge job , and with my experience with another Builder and seeing work that his company has done, our association was set on hiring them and it was a great call.
