I had had another plumbing company out the day before and they rodded outside from the cleanout.  They said the clog was not outside and that the pipe most likely had a "soft blockage" that would need to be taken care of inside the house.  But they did not want to perform the inside rodding and instead wanted me to do some hyrdo jetting process for $650.  After spending $200 for the rodding they did do, I was still left with the clog and not able to use my plumbing.  
That evening, I read more reviews on Angie's List and did some research about hydro jetting online.  The next morning, I called All Plumbing to come out to rod the drain.  Joe and Mark came out within a few hours, rodded the drain from inside the house and fixed the problem.  Joe was really helpful to me in terms of answering questions and deciding what was worth the expense (rodding every other year) and what wasn't (hydro jetting) for my particular situation.   I feel fortunate to have found a local plumber who is trustworthy and dependable.  The work was done promptly and for a fair price.  I'll be working with them in the future.

Our main sewer line backed up into laundry room on Christmas Day. I called All Plumbing & Sewer and my call was returned promptly even though it was Christmas. Joe and his helper were at my house first thing the next morning and worked for at least 90 minutes to clear the line.  They were successful and I've had no sewer problems since.

All Plumbing of Lombard, IL, gave me a very low price initially to replace my overhead sewer line.  I asked them to put the price in writing. And they did not respond.  I followed up on the phone, and said they could email me a written quote.  They said they would, but never responded.  I did not use the company because of their failure to put their price in writing.

They were very professional. They came out within an hour. They were very polite and prompt. It is hard to grade them on the job they did since my sewer has had to be routed several times.

We were extremely pleased.

The guy showed up and showed us how to view the sewer line from our yard. He offered a lot of good information and helped us determine the sewer line was fine. He did suggest we consider doing a sewer rodding within the next year for maintenance purposes since it hasn't been done in 13 years. We were so thankful for his help. We will definitely be calling All Plumbing and Sewer for any future plumbing service.

These guys are the best. I wouldn't use any other service. They're professional, efficient, and do a very thorough job.. No attempt to upsell services or upgrades you don't need like other services try to do these days. Completely trustworthy and at a reasonable price.

They were extremely thorough in making sure all the tree roots were completely rodded out and that a clear line was established. They rodded as closely as possible to the sewer pipe walls to get a complete cleaning of the line, spending a good hour to do the job well. They showed me the roots in a plastic bag at the end. They then cleaned up nicely and left no debris. I had them pour 2 containers of root killer before they closed up the line access cover.

They were also very professional and personable. We went to the street to identify which trees were the most likely cause. I called the village to see if they would cover any of the expense, but they said that the sewer line from the home to the street belongs to and is the responsibility of the homeowner. But I'm pleased nevertheless with the excellent work in solving my problem by Joe and his assistant.

The guarantee was only for 90 days. It really should have been for a year at a minimum.

They came the next morning.  I will use them again in the future.

Russ and his team did a great job.  The sewer work was done quickly, neatly, and very professionally.  He even took the time to move two of the bushes so they wouldn't be destroyed by the sewer work.   I could tell that they were doing a good job and using high-quality materials.  They managed to do the work, have the city inspect and sign off on the job, and clean-up all in one day.  Good job Russ!

I had called Russ Plumbing, which discovered the root ball while scoping out the sewers for the village in the fall. They said they were busy and asked if they could refer the job to All Plumbing. The good news is that the All Plumbing plumbers were happy to take my recommendation not to try to access the drains through the clean-out in the crawl space. Previous plumbers had tried and failed during the years. It is much easier to pull a toilet, and in addition you will succeed. In addition to the drains there were a host of small problems that had accumulated, and they readily took care of all.

Service went as expected, part had to be found, and the installation took longer than expected but hose is replaced and faucet is working correctly

They showed up on time, did a quick evaluation of pipe location, etc. and I left them with access to the spigot and a power cord. When I returned about 6 hours later, they had completed the installation and were running the camera again after fully cleaning the main line. They left me a DVD of the before and after. I now have a competely clear pipe, and I can now easily clean the line from outside (no inside mess) and know that it is completely clear. It wasn't easy to find someone in the area who would provide this service, but I think we got lucky. They did a great job.

They took the time to explain everything and tell us what they were doing. They answered all our questions. Their prices were better than the other estimates.

Our sump pump was working non-stop because of saturated ground around the foundation (lots of rain lately!). Found that was also because the main drain was blocked & water was backing up into our basement via the drain in the laundry area! Called & left a message, got call returned in less than ten minutes. Joe finished the job he was on & came right over--less than 15 minutes later. He & his helper cleared the blockage, cleaned up the mess, and left us with a bag of tree roots to show if the village had any questions. Besides that, he determined the tree roots were from the tree in the parkway which meant he would bill the village and not us! Fast, professional service & for free, too! Can't beat that!

All Plumbing was the only one of 5 plumbers I called who would come out the same day (I called on a Friday morning) to get rid of the blockage that was causing my sinks to back up (I think it was from some artichoke leaves I put down the garbage disposal). I talked to Joey on the phone, who said he'd come by as soon as he finished the job he was on. When I called back to say that I think I had fixed the problem with a plunger, he congratulated me, gave me some tips on keeping my garbage disposal from causing problems in the future, and made sure I had his cell phone number in case the problem came back. Half an hour later I called him to say the problem was back, and he said he would be there as soon as he finished the current job. Fifteen minutes later, I got a call from Tony, saying the Joey had been delayed and didn't want me to have to wait to get my problem resolved. So Tony (who I think is one of the owners) and Bart came out. They were polite, very careful about taking off their shoes and spreading tarps before they started working, they worked quickly, and fixed my problem. Nice people who seemed to be concerned with fixing my problem quickly and well. I'd definitely hire them again.

Great! Joe immediately asked if there was a catch basin and found the problem after about 15 minutes of investigating. He understood the problem and made sure all pipes connected w/problem were cleared. I would recommend him to anyone. When he was running late he called to confirm and provided a new time.

All went well. They showed up on time, fixed the problem, were professional, and caused minimal mess.
