Steve arrived promptly as scheduled. He spent about an hour discussing our situation and asking very detailed questions that no other electrician had asked. After reviewing everything, he made a call to our city's electrical department to see if the restriction required by code could be waived because the work needed to be done would be very difficult with the concrete we would have to drill through. One business day later, the city engineer came out to inspect our situation and agreed with Steve that the work was not required. We talked to three electricians and he was the only one who brought this to our attention. Steve not only saved us a lot in permit and electrical fees but he also did not charge us for his time spent. It was so refreshing to find such an honest, helpful and intelligent electrician! Do yourself a favor and call him before you hire anyone!!!!

Excellent, Steve came out twice once to wire the switches and run the wires and install the electric box, then he came back after drywall and painting were done to actually hang the fan. I bought one that was not compatible so he helped me resolve that issue with the manufacturer. Overall, excellent service; my father who is very picky, saw the work and decided he wanted Steve to come do work at his house.

Steve came out and worked entirely from the outside since we were getting new siding installed. Upon opening up the outside wall, he discovered an "unorthodox" way of framing the walls that complicated how he would route the conduit. He found an alternative route and rewired the lights with minimal cutting of the wall. He was working for over 6 hours and was very courteous and professional. Will definitely use Steve again.

Normally I would do simple installations of light fixtures but I ran into problems with 3 different fixtures so I called Steve. He installed a dining room light fan/light, a bathroom fan/light and an attic ceiling light. Then I had a problem getting a new dryer because the electric outlet was non-standard. I called Steve and he was able to come by the next day and install the correct outlet. Steve is very good at communicating what the problem is and how to fix it.

It went okay. He didn't have the part and had to get it, but came back quickly.
Steve seems to be a stand up guy. He was honest and did what he had to do.
We were planning to have him come back in the future to do other electrical projects in our town home.

Steve showed up on schedule and began work. He realized that he had the wrong part and felt it was his fault, so he apologized, said he would immediately go get the new part, and said he would reset the job clock to zero when he started again. He returned quickly and completed the work. I'm delighted!
