TERRIBLE! WE HAD TO FIRE HIM! Keith is extremely disorganized and juggles too many projects at once. It was like pulling teeth to get anyone to come work on our project. After 6 months into what should have been a 4 month project we had to fire Keith. His subs were mostly OK, but his mis-management and lack of communication were really bad. He does not perform any construction work himself and rarely comes to the job site to inspect the work his subs perform. He would not know what to look for if he did. When we did end up firing him he demanded money for work that had not been done or had been done incorrectly (again without even looking at it himself). STAY AWAY! DO NOT HIRE!

Working with Keith was an excellent experience. It was the largest project we had taken on. He managed the project well and was always available to provide updates or explain what was going on. I will continue to use him.

The work was done on time, and Keith keep us update on the progress every step of the way. We definitely will work with Priority Construction again.

We hired Keith to clean/caulk our gutters, reroute a downspout, repair the roof and tuckpoint our chimney. We found Keith to be very professional and knowledgeable. Keith was able to listen to our needs and offer various options to complete the tasks. His crew was efficient and conscientious. They performed the work in a timely fashion and left our house neater than when they started. We highly recommend Keith and will certainly use him again.
