The Magic Mist

These are the best tasting eCigs I’ve ever tried and I’ve tried lots! Customer service is top notch and Magic Mist is the only place I’ll order from! Thank you!

I realized in Oct 2023 that Fuma closed shop and since then I spent so much money trying to find something equivalent. Finally in June of 2024 I discovered Magic Mist and read that they were compatible to Fuma. I purchased a starter kit and was amazed that I received my order just a few days later. When I placed my order, which was 2 batteries and a pack of filters. I noticed after checking out that there was a stater kit that was not much more expensive, yet it came with so much more! I tried to change my order and found out I couldn’t! Since it was a weekend I emailed Magic Mist as well as opened a service ticket to get the initial order stopped and mentioned what I wanted to order. To my surprise I saw that they read my email and made the correction for me and by Tuesday I had my order! Now that is Customer Service. Magic Mist is my new Fuma and I’m so grateful I found this company!

UPDATED 01/08/2021: I discovered today that they cancelled my account in what appears to be retaliation for my complaint and my bad review comment left on their website. Please add to the existing review that fact. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ordered 2 New Batteries. Batteries fit failed, Requested replacement. 1 of 2 replacements fit failed. Contacted company again and was told, "these things happen" by Amit who claimed to be the Owner of the company. He refused to replace the 1 final battery without me spending my money to ship it back. He was rude about the entire matter and all but hung up on me. I will be taking my business elsewhere along with those who i referred to Magic Mist.

The vape cartridges fit and provided a superior vaping experience and cost much less than the previous supplier. I'm sticking with The Magic Mist. Great quality and great pricing.

This is not the first review I've written about this outfit, and it probably won't be the last. As far as I can tell, the price of their products is competitive with the market. Beyond that, the quality is high, and the customer service is outstanding. These folks are efficient and fast. Every order I've ever submitted has been filled and shipped the same or next day. They use USPS, so you can expect delivery the same as any letter - or better. I live in the same state, so two day delivery is almost guaranteed, but your local US Postal Service will get your order to you as soon as any other type of mail they handle. Their website is unfussy, and it works great - very professional. On the RARE occasions that there's been a holdup due to product shortages, they've contacted me with alternatives almost immediately, and responded to my choice as efficiently as they do with every other of their business transactions - top notch, and with a personal touch. I've been a customer of theirs for several years, ever since I decided to give up combustible tobacco, and I've never been disappointed. These folks are truly professional and they're still in business for a reason - they're outstanding. I only wish the internet giants were this good. I can't say enough about how well they handle their business. I know this sounds gushy, but this is NOT a paid review. I sincerely appreciate just how good they are. The product is e-cig cartridges.  They work great, taste great and are the least expensive.  If there is a problem with any of them, the customer service team responds very quickly.  

Magic Mist has provided me with a quality product at a low cost, that has helped quit smoking and improve my health. Their tapering program is great for those who WANT to quit smoking. I had tried a number of this sort of device til I found Magic Mist! Some were clumsy, or tasted like candy, or I had to suck on them so hard my jaws ached or they cost an arm and a leg!. But I HAD to quit, as I have COPD.
MagicMist made it so much easier. They provided me with a generic version of my type of electronic cigarette that is better than the original. The price is much more affordable. The quality is great! If you ever DO have a problem, their customer service is unparalleled! No calling a computer! Real people, imagine that! They even have after hours voice mail! The shipping also very timely!
This review may seem stupid to a non smoker, but to those who want, or HAVE to quit smoking...well, I certainly hope it lets you know...don't quit quitting! There is a way! I found mine and its Magic Mist.

Very reasonable pricing . with 20- 5 packs order it is only 7.75 for each 5 pack or 1.55 for each cartridge ( 1 cart. equal to 1 pack of tobacco cig.) and flavor of vertigo is more realistic than any other flavor as far as being most like tobacco cigs. Orders online are always free priority mail shipping and usually reach me within 2 -3 days from order date. LOVE LOVE them !!!!! :)

They have battery and cartridges for many brands but they are all Magic Mist  brand. I always get the regular shipping and arrives at my Mi address in 2 to three days. They also give reward points that get you some money off your order, and you may let these build up. I have used 3 different sites and to me this is the best
