"This Angie'[Member Information Removed] List member called our office looking for a quote to install 3 light fixtures. We gave her a quote range and our hourly prices over the phone as a job like this is pretty typical for us. She told our office that she was most comfortable with us out of the 3 Angie'[Member Information Removed] List electricians that she spoke with but still wanted an on site estimate. Sure no problem! We booked appointments for her, the on-site estimate and an installation date. When I got there no idea what she was doing or what to buy. The parts she did have were almost all the wrong ones and needed to be returned. I spent 40 minutes with this woman shopping online, picking out all the parts she would need and going over all her options, trying to find the best solution for her budget. At the end of the appointment she started trying to haggle me on the price when she already knew and agreed to the pricing before I even arrived. I explained to her that we were too busy and I didn't care what the average going rate was. (I know we aren't the cheapest but there'[Member Information Removed] several electricians that charge way more than us here) The price I gave her was more than fair. Her lighting project was more of a custom job as the light fixtures she purchased were going to have to be modified to work. Plus all the extra help she needed picking out the right materials. We love to help our customers and I'll shop all day long with you at no extra charge but please don't take our knowledge and expertise and run with it to some cut throat electrician. We run a very professional shop and have well trained electricians that work super hard and make good money. I wasn't condescending, I wasn't rude, I was just firm with you. I find it extremely ironic that you think I wasted your time."

"You emailed us through Angie's List and we responded same day requesting a day that would work for you to come out and do an estimate. You never responded back. How is this deserving of a D? We can't follow up twice on every email we send. Anthony Rein"
