We are appropriately licensed, bonded and insured. Established in 1996. Arrow Plumbing is a family-owned serving Libertyville and surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide prompt, professional, and quality plumbing services to our customers. The owner, John has lived in Libertyville his entire life and has almost 40 years of plumbing experience. He and his wife Karen started this business over 21 years building a high quality team of professionals that have expertise and knowledge of the streets and neighborhoods you live in. HORRIBLE response time. HORRIBLE about returning calls and even giving me the plumber's name, so I could directly talk to him. I did not use them because they were SO overpriced and never returned my call to learn why it was so much.

I returned from a business trip to find my laundry room flooded. I found Arrow on Angie's List and gave them a call. They managed to work me in the same day, even agreeing to call me 20 minutes before the repairman arrived so I could run home from the office and meet him there. The repairman was friendly and upbeat, quickly analyzed the situation and let me know what needed to be done to repair the pipe. Fortunately, mine was a simple repair and he was done in less than 30 minutes. It was definitely a positive experience.

Arrow was very responsive to our call and scheduled a plumber for early the next day. He was courteous, knowledgeable and repaired out toilet quickly. He even provided his own tarps so that our rugs were never in danger of getting soiled.

We were very pleased with all phases of working with this company. The office contact was friendly, efficient, and well informed. They were able to come ahead of the scheduled time and called ahead to do this. We appreciated the time Lee spent in explaining work performed and future options. Work areas were left in clean condition.

I called Arrow Plumbing to setup an appointment for an estimate. The receptionist provided me with a quote for the sump pump over the phone. I found this lady gifted, since none of the plumbers from Arrow have ever set foot in my house. How could they know the layout? Next I approached the bypass for the water softener, she said she would have to get back to me. 1 Week later and no contact, I verified my contact info with her so I could expect a call back and set an appointment. Apparently, they do not need my business because I have never heard from them and have called another plumber who will get the contract.

Called back promptly, and was available when I needed them. Prices were as stated up front, used my equipment where possible. Plumber was early, very neat and polite, and professional, cleaned up everything. Can't really ask for more.

Scheduling the appointment was easy and the person from Arrow scheduling it was very friendly and accommodating, even agreeing to call me 30 minutes in advance, so I could leave work when necessary instead of waiting at home during a large window time frame. The repairman was on time, friendly, clean and explained in easy to understand terms what needed to happen. Was respectful and simply put, took care of business quick and efficiently.

Company was able to come early the day of installation and put in a Toto toilet. It seems to be working well. The installer was polite, professional and did a nice clean job. Took our old toilet away. We will use them again.

PLUMBER BRET TOOK TIME TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. VERY PROFESSIONAL, DID HIS JOB AND THEN GOT OUT WITHIN 45 MINUTES. I ESPECIALLY LIKED THE WAY HE FINALLY REPAIRED OUR MBR TOILET. WE'VE HAD HANDYMEN ATTEMPT TO FIX IT BEFORE BUT ALL THEY DO IS MOVE THE RING SENSOR DOWN, WHICH SEEMS TO WORK. BRET FIXED IT RIGHT. HE ALSO MADE SURE TO CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF.
